Chapter 4: Movie Night

(Alex's POV)

It has already been 2 Days since Amber and I have confessed our feelings to each other and It was fun hanging out with her 🤗.

There have been times where Amber and I would continue doing those random mix animals noises that she always does which I starting to like doing with her. She would do a cat's adorable meow and say she's a panda while I would come up and bark saying I'm a lion😅.

Of course, Alexa would join us in the fun, Even tho I'm kinda still... Annoyed that she kinda block me and Amber from having our first kiss...

Even the Amber and I haven't shared our first kiss (yet), That didn't stop us to show our love for each other. Movie night will still be the same as usual but with a little change in and there. 😉

Alexa, Amber, and I would get ourselves ready for movie night, While Alexa would set up the movie, Amber would go to the closet to get a giant blanket for just in case the three of us would fall asleep on the couch...

(Which is all the times😅)

Amber was already finished setting up the couch for three people ready to sleep on it. While Alexa was almost done setting up the movie, Amber had a smirk on her face and heads to the kitchen where I was at. I had just about finished off getting the snacks for movie night and I was double checking that the snacks that I got out are just the ones we need to destroy while we watch the movie we about to watch, But little did I know is that Amber was slowly tip-toeing closely behind me while I was determining if the snacks that I picked out are the perfect snacks to devour without any mercy. As soon as Amber comes closer and closer to me, She was ready to...

Amber had hugged me from behind and I was not prepared to handle her sneak hug attack.

(Yep, She made me scared easily😅)

I turned around to see her face and Amber giggles a bit about what she had done to me and seeing that I still had that jumped scary cat expression on my face.

Amber: Hahahaha! Oh Alex, you should have seen the look on your face.

"Oh Hahaha, Very funny Amber... Very funny..."

I was embarrassed for two reasons... One is because I let her sneak up on me while I was wide open... And Two is because some point during movie night, I was about to that to her and now she beat me to it.

Amber: Oh come on Alex, You can't keep that face on forever. :3

I was still pouting over the fact I let myself to be so easily spooked by Amber but she does have a point, No way am I going to keep this pouty face throughout the whole movie night... Plus...

How can you keep a pouted face on against someone with an adorable look on their face... I admit my defeat. But I wasn't going to let Amber get away from scaring me while I was wide open and leave. I begin to walk past her and be right behind her.

I reach her arm and when she looked at me... We... I hugged Amber and she hugged me back and there we were, Hugging each other in the kitchen and looking each other in the eyes. Amber's heart was pumping and I could tell my heart is doing the same... Amber began to make her face comes closer to mine while I leaned my head closer down to hers...

(Finally... Our first kiss... Here we g-)

Alexa: Hey Lovebirds! Movie is done!

(Noo! Alexa, Whyy?! You gotta come in ruin the moment?!?!)

Alexa's Mind: Hehe. Sorry about that, But the kissing time is not here yet... You gonna have to try again. 😊

So after ANOTHER failed kissing moment ruin by Alexa AGAIN 😣, Amber and I gather the snacks and Alexa, Amber, and I lay on the couch ready to watch the movie away. The movie we were watching was Central Intelligence that had Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson in it and it was off the scale funny. A few hours have passed and Alexa was the first person out of the three of us to sleep through the movie. Alexa was clinging to my arm and sleeping on my shoulder.

"Hehehe, Looks like Alexa got knockout first right Amber? 😊" I heard no response from her...      "Amber?!?" I turned to my west side and saw Amber using my leg as a pillow and sleeping peacefully. I smiled at the fact that Amber is relaxing peacefully and I was glad I got the chance to know and be with her. I then grab the remote of the television and press the power button to make the movie and TV turn off,  I looked at my shoulder to see Alexa...

(Even tho I'm basically annoyed at her for interrupting me and Amber when we were about to exchange our first kiss TWICE.)

Alexa is actually sleeping peacefully even though she's using my shoulder as a pillow and I know a shoulder ain't a flat comfortable thing to lay on. But I guess I'll let her rest on my shoulder... Mostly for two reasons... One for my inability to move since I have Amber laying on my lap and Alexa laying on my shoulder and Two... I didn't want to wake them up from their sleepy state cause whatever they are dreaming, Both of them are smiling and the sight of seeing Amber smiling is just so precious to ruin such a thing. So I smiled one last time and began to close my eyes and rest my head on the couch and fall asleep... And thus, Another movie night was a success.
