Chapter 28: Preparation

(Amber's POV)

I'm in Alex's and My bedroom now, Changing up my look for the big day coming up, My concert. I don't wanna make too much of a change cause Alex always tells me that he loves me for myself and I wanna show the world the true me, Hmmm that could be a song I could sing. Anyway, I put on my high heels so I could at least be slightly on Alex's level, I don't mind him lowering down or picking me up but I wanna kiss him my own way. I put on my makeup and I looked into the mirror, twirling around with a dress I got myself from the mall that one time with Alex. I think I look good to go out there with this nice look I have, But I heard the door opening behind me and I see Alex, looking at me with his cheeks all red.

Alex: You look amazing Amber  

Alex was blushing as it made my smile that my wolf warms up.

"Thanks <3" I love it when Alex comes in and acts up like a love-able goober around me, He has been so caring of me for the past weeks now. Making food when it's his turn, Helping me getting ready, Taking care of the kittens and helping Muffin and Rocky. Man, What did I do to have such a caring boyfriend <3? Alex started to come closer to me and he is in front of me now, He reached out and his hand rests on my waist, I felt a blush forming on my face and I looked up seeing his eyes staring at mine. I formed puppy eyes to him and I can tell his mind is thinking about hearts. I knew he loves staring into my blue eyes and I would be lying if I didn't feel the same when I looked into his eyes, Sure, they just plained old black eyes but not to me they not, I can see there is a galaxy in his eyes and I can just watch the galaxy into his eyes.

Alex: Amber...

"Yea?"

Alex: I love you 

There he is, Back at it again making my heart skip a beat and making my cheeks flashing red again.

"Love you more"  Alex lowered his head a little and kisses my lips sweetly, I kissed back and his hand still on my waist and gently moving it up and down. Could Alex really wanna go all in with me? I mean, I really want to as well and I still haven't forgotten that dream I had a week ago. I feel my hand slowly going to his shirt and...

(Alex's POV)

The phone rings as Amber and I broke the kiss and Amber was pouting at her phone.

Amber: Hold on 

Amber gets the call as my heart started to race when I felt Amber's hand going to my shirt, Did my way of kissing made her think I wanted to do it? Maybe I shouldn't have felt her waist like that... I really wanna go all in but not like this... Maybe when we are married we could but not now, Not with this concert business she has going on. I felt upon my heart, still hearing it beating and still looking at Amber.

Amber: FLIP FLIP FLIP! Ok, I understand. Bye. 

Amber hangs up as I saw Amber putting away her phone and immediately hear the loud sound of thunder outside. The sound it caused was so long, it made my wolf ears perking up in fear. I felt Amber's hand resting on my left cheek and she tilts my head slowly to make me look her in her beautiful blue eyes. I blush and hold her hand that was on my cheek and gently purr like a cat to make her happy, which It did make her happy and she began to speak. 

Amber: A storm is rolling in, They had to reschedule the concert 

"Oh... Well that means another day to practice"

Amber: Well...

"?"

Amber: There is supposed to be storms all week
