You like spending time with yourself. Reading books, watching vlogs or just listening to music, all that can successfully eat your time. You can kill an entire weekend, a whole vacation actually, inside your four walls without getting guilty about it. There's just nothing you want to explore outside and tiring yourself is not an option, being a homebody is more of a life choice.

You heard your unit beep open and soon after, small knocks dug the wood of your room.

"Again." You knew very well that it would be your best friend, Joshua. He's the only person who knocks quietly with a pattern you're very much familiar with. It's also not new to you that he'd get in and plop himself on your bed because it's something he's been doing since you knew each other.

"Hey," You opened your door and he did just exactly as you expected. "What are you up to?"

"Nothing?" You stated obviously. "Thought you had somewhere to go with Jeonghan?" He was restless about it last night, thinking that Jeonghan usually asks him to go out but ending up actually setting him to a date with one of his sister's friends.

"Yeah well, I don't know. It really doesn't matter. I doubt he found the urge to leave his bed by now like you."

Joshua makes himself comfortable beside you as you stand up to get him anything to eat. He will never ask for food, you also wonder why, but he'd hint you a lot about his hunger. It's a Joshua thing to be indirect at certain things and you find it really cute. Especially when he whines about it. It can be annoying at times but the whole fact that it's Joshua makes it adorable.

You returned in a while, putting the snacks on your bedside table. Joshua was busy with his phone and you're close to doing the same. It's just a typical weekend morning anyway.

There's nothing much to do like the usual, you have the whole morning to yourself, well now with Joshua. Nothing special, your weekends are always spent with him unless another friend asks either of you out. In this case, he has Jeonghan and you, Seungcheol.

Seungcheol had eyes on you since Joshua introduced you to each other like how pretty much most of his guy friends wants to date you. It was only recently that he has been so vocal about it, constantly asking you out on dates, movie nights and walks. All in Joshua's knowledge, and he wasn't quite sure about letting you go with him. Seungcheol doesn't have a good reputation in dating, girls in general, but he doesn't want to ruin the smile his friend gives you. Besides, he knows you'd both be over with it soon like how most of your flings ended up. At the end of the day, you're just curious adolescents who want affection.

It wasn't long before you found another interesting vlog to kill your time before actually preparing to see Seungcheol later in the afternoon, completely disregarding your best friend's presence beside you. He doesn't mind, he can always pull your unused guitar to strum a song or two if he bores himself. That worn out guitar is one of the things you almost threw away but since Joshua uses it everytime he drops by you decided to keep it. You love to hear him play, he's pretty good in it.

Sunday morning rain is falling.

Steal some cover, share some skin.

Except that his sessions always start with the national anthem. The song has been oversung for as far as you remember that it has been so familiar, you instinctively hum to it everytime. Joshua likes it though as a smile made a way to his lips, knowing he's successfully grabbing your attention again unfailingly.

"Oh, come on!" You grunt, tossing your phone before facing him, irritated.

"What?" If it isn't the most innocent expression he ever did today despite knowing well what he's doing.
