"I can't go, Minyoung. Something came up, I'm really sorry." You informed her over the phone as you recklessly follow the frigid guy in front of you.

"Fine, whatever. It's not like you're ditching me for the first time." Minyoung was already pissed but as if she could do something about it.

"Wha— hey, are you mad?" It was all too obvious and you definitely understand why. You always ditch her, she was right and it's not something a good friend would do.

"Of course not. I understand." Her sighs are clearer and louder than the words she speak. You feel so apologetic but before you could tell her, she cut the line. You stomped your feet from frustration.

"Uh, I'm such a bad friend!" Your guilt would have reached your bones if you weren't ditching your bestfriend for this certain person you're head over heels for. "Jeon Wonwoo! Wait for me!" You ran to catch up on his quick and wide steps but he stopped abruptly making you hit your forehead on his back rather strongly.

"Ouch!" You exclaimed in unison but his was louder as he turned to face you. "You're truly hardheaded! I told you to stop following me. What part of that do you not understand?"

"Everything." You drew a huge circle with your hands to show how enormously you don't comprehend. "Just stop complaining because I just ditched my best friend for you, you ungrateful brat!"

"I didn't ask you to do that." His eyes are chilly as always, his teeth are gritted. Anyone who would look at these sharp eyes would have shivers running down their spine but not you. You're used to it. "You're a stalker."

"Oh, what a pretty stalker you got then!" You cheered, making Wonwoo lose his interest with your overflowing confidence. He's speechless and done, afterall nothing of what he would say can make you back out from pursuing him. He just rolled his eyes away from you and walked his way.

Jeon Wonwoo is the coldest, most savage human being you ever met. He has zero interest in almost everything around him except for books and things that involve his time for himself but even with that, most people in your campus are so invested in him. He's like an everyday newspaper that everyone reads. The school's most famous and powerful girls fights for his attention but he remains stern and dumps atleast one of them per day. Somehow it has been a source of entertainment for the campus to see beautiful, confident girls leaving their pride for a man that would never even glance at them.

However, you are not one of those top girls. You don't have that much pride to swallow or even a beauty worth flaunting. All you have is a feeling pure and sincere for him, a genuine heart that cares.

It would he so hypocritical if you would say that you didn't like Wonwoo for his appearance, it partly contributed but the biggest reason why you fell for him harder is his concern for you. Of course you know that those are unintended but for the many times he helped you inside and outside the four walls of your classroom you could tell that he's really a warm person inside the facade he built around himself. You might be the only girl who have seen his kindness and thoughtfulness and that makes you think that somehow Wonwoo cares about you. Even just a bit. All you have to do is squeeze it out from him to receive the ending you want to achieve.
