Before I start to write this I wanted to sort of outline what it is. It's sort of a recovery book I guess, I'm trying to help other people who through depression to see that it will get better one day, yes it might not be tomorrow or next week but it will get better

I have suffered from depression since I was eleven years old, so six years I've been suffering but it wasn't until recently that I decided that there is a chance of me getting better, this applies to anything, depression, bipolar, anorexia, bulimia, self harming, self medicating, taking drugs or alcohol or basically just anything you're going through it is possible to get through.
