I look down to see a plus sign. I hear a knock on the door. "Is everything okay" Alex says with his back against the door. I started crying with tears of joy. I could tell Alex can hear me crying because he kept knocking. "Let me in Juliette" He says as he gets up. I get up and unlock the door. Alex grabs the test out my hand. He pulled me into a tight hug. Then Alex started crying which made me cry. "I love you so much Juliette" he said wiping his eyes and grabbing his phone.
"What are you doing" I say as I follow him out the bathroom. "Telling my family" He said as he smiled. "Oh" I said walking back into the bathroom. I decided to tell the world about my pregnancy. I just found a picture on my phone since I wasn't in the mood for pictures.

I look up from my phone to see Alex looking at me. I just looked back at him confused. "So are we still cooking breakfast together?" He said grabbing my waist. "Well pregnant women should be relaxing all the time" I said moving his hands from my waist. Alex just rolled his eyes and smiled at the same time. "so im making it by myself" Alex said annoyed. Me and Alex always made breakfast and sometimes dinner together unless we were going out to eat. I shook my shoulders to indicate it was a yes. I went back to my bed as Alex walked back downstairs.
I went on my phone for a few minutes until I got a facetime from Alex's mom.
"YOUR PREGNANT" I hear from the phone as soon as I accepted the call. I nodded my head. "How many weeks are you" She said smiling in the phone. "6 weeks" I said smiling. "Well where's Alex" She said. "He's downstairs" I said. "Bring him the phone" She said going back to cooking.
I walked down the stairs to find Carlos and a girl I never saw before. She had blue eyes and blonde hair. She was the complete opposite from me. I hung up the phone and kept walking down the stairs. "Who is this" I say looking at Carlos and Alex while pointing at the 'new' girl.
"Thi..this is...Carlos's new girlfriend" Alex said getting up and walking toward me. "How is this Carlos's new girlfriend when him and Dylan didn't break up (Dylan's the girl at the top she's also Juliette's best friend). "We did break up" Carlos said standing up. I got out my phone and decided to ask Dylan for myself.
Me - hey can i ask you a question ?
DylanBabe - yea what u need hon
Me - so did you break up with Carlos
DylanBabe - bruh we broke up since I left
Me - so 5 months ago !?
DylanBabe - yea.. ?
Me - but he said yall just broke up
DylanBabe - nahh b
Me - oh okay then

I look up from my phone and look at Carlos. Carlos just looked back at me. Then I looked at Alex. Alex looked back at me. "Why do we keep looking at each other" Alex says laughing. "Well Carlos and Dylan broke up 5 months ago" I say looking at Carlos. I could tell he was getting hot by the sweat on his forehead. "Nah she lying" He said walking to the kitchen. Alex tried to go after him but I just held him back.
A few seconds later I heard sniffing from the kitchen. I looking in the kitchen and I found Carlos with a knife on his wrist. Alex, the girl and me all rushed into the kitchen. I could see blood on the kitchen counter. "CARLOS" The girl screamed as she rushed to him. I could tell his eyes was rolling to the back of his head. I quickly grabbed my phone and I dialed 911.
"The police are on the way" I say looking at the girl holding Carlos in her arms. All we could do was wait. I couldn't bare the feeling of someone so close to me and Alex leave us. It would break everyone. "I never did catch your name" I say walking over to the girl. "My name is Ashlinn" she says in between sniffs. I walked over to the table to sit next to Alex. Then we all waited.
When the ambulance came me nor Alex could ride in the van. We had to take our own car. When me and Alex got in the car he smiled. I was confused why he was smiling because this was not a time to be smiling. We could lose a friend. "Alex why are you smiling" I asked looking at him confused. "Carlos is going to be a uncle, he just doesn't know it yet"
