"Shiro?!"

"Hey," Shiro's voice sounded weak and unsure. Lance stared at the former paladin, so much has changed.

"What—how?" Keith asked.

"Ulaz saved me, he helped me escape from the gulra." Shiro answered. "But I couldn't go back to Voltron, there were already new paladins, so I joined the Blades."

Lance suddenly felt a sharp pain on his chest. He clutched his chest, blood stained his shirt and hand.

"Lance! Your bleeding!" Pidge exclaimed.

"Lance?!" Shiro looked at Lance in shock, he didn't realize that the Altean was Lance. Since when was Lance Altean?

"I'm fine..." Lance said weakly, he knew his team wouldn't believe him.

"Don't play stupid, Lance, lets get you to a pod." Keith ordered.

Lance silently groaned, why the pod. Who knew how long he would be in there. Lance stepped into the pod, closing his eyes, letting the pod heal him.

"How is Lance Altean?!" Shiro asked the paladins after Lance was put in the healing pod.

They were all sitting, waiting for Lance to get out of the pod. Princess Allura was up and Coran was monotoring Lance's vitals. Shiro and Ulaz sat across from the paladins in the room.

"Well, aparently, Lance was captured by the gulra and somehow ended up in an alternate reality. Some spooky Alteans I guess changed him into Altean? Lance should tell you the story." Hunk said.

"Alteans? So Allura and Coran arn't the last ones alive?"

"No. Lance was in an alternate reality. And I guess Alteans are like the gulra in this reality."

"Yeah, we somehow went into that reality and found Lance. That was a weird day." Pidge added.

"How was Lance captured?"

"We aren't exactly sure. Almost a week ago we found Lance in the alternate reality. That same day, before we found Lance, we found out the Lance with us was a clone. We didn't even know he was missing."

The whole team was still guilty about that.

[Okay, really quick, when I say 'The whole team' I mean Allura, Keith, Pidge, Hunk, and Coran. Shiro and Ulaz aren't apart of the team]

"Coran, how much longer until Lance is out?" Allura asked.

"Any minute now. The wound wasn't as serious as we thought." Coran answered.

Suddenly, the healing pod opened and Lance fell out, catching himself before he hit the ground.

Coran, being the closest one to Lance, helped Lance up. Lance coughed, each cough more violent then the last. Slowly it died down. Coran helped Lance sit down and gave him a water pouch.

"Are you alright?" Shiro asked. The whole team still looked guilty. They all had worried faces filled with guilt.

Lance nodded. Not bothering to look up. He silently drank from the pouch, until it was all gone.

"Sorry about that." Lance said after a while.

"You don't need to be sorry, Lance." Allura stammered.

"Guys, please stop worring. You are all filled with guilt. It's not your fault."

"Yes it is." Pidge whispered so quietly that the person next to her could barely hear her.
