My Time, Our Time

Part 10

To stay in character the club just walked passed everybody and walked straight back to their locker room, and only once they safely inside did they break character. Karl grabbed Bayley up and swung her around in a circle, as Finn and Luke laughed their asses off.

"That was fucking amazing!" exclaimed Karl as Bayley laughed as he finally put her back on her two feet. Both Finn and Luke just stood back and let her take the emotions in that they knew she was feeling.

Bayley turned to them and bit her lip showing her nervousness, "So what did you guys think?"

Both Finn and Luke just looked at each other, and then Luke smiled, "I think Finn has finally met his match both in and out of the ring."

Finn smiled and nodded in agreement, he walked over to Bayley who was still shaking from all the emotions coursing through her and pulled her into a hug. "Babe, I so incredibly proud of you right now." He pulled back enough to place his hands on either side of her face and bring her in, so their lips met. The kiss was soft compared to the kiss they shared out in the ring, and she could tell the two apart. The kiss out in the ring was his character claiming her, but this kiss was her Finn, the soft and sweet guy she is starting to fall in love with. When air became an issue they pulled away, both panting.

"Okay kids, back away slowly from each other before we get a hose and hose you two down." snickered Karl as he saw the tension between the two of them.

Bayley's face went from tan to a lovely shade of scarlet in mere seconds, whereas Finn just winked at her and turned around to get his shower bag out of his locker and walked into the guy's shower area.

Both Karl and Luke laughed at the look on her face, she quickly turned back to her own locker and grabbed her stuff. "I'm going to Sasha's locker room to shower, let Finn know will ya?" Both Karl and Luke nodded as they watched her leave the locker room.

Bayley was walking down the hallway when Cathy Kelly walked up to her, "So this is what he replaces me with?" she asked as she stood in front of Bayley.

Bayley just sighed as she saw Finn's ex in front of her. "Cathy, go away. I don't have anything to say to you." She went to walk past her, but Cathy moved so she was once again blocking Bayley's way.

"You think that he will stay with you? You're are nothing but a weak and pathetic little girl. When he gets bored, he'll come back to me like always." If this was the same Bayley from a couple weeks ago, she would've believed what Cathy was saying, but she's more confident in herself.

Bayley smirked at her as Cathy thought she had the upper hand, "Cathy are you even listening to yourself? You sound like a toddler who had her favorite toy taken away. But if I recall wasn't it your fault, that he broke up with you in the first place, and what was the reason?" 

Bayley took a deep breath, " Oh yeah it was because you cheated on him!"

Cathy gasped and stepped back a little, meanwhile, Bayley used this opportunity to finish the conversation, "You thought I didn't know. Who the hell do you think he came to when it happened? I was the one who stayed with him that night, telling him it'll be okay. I was the one who made sure he didn't get too trashed that night, and I am also the one who held him as he cried."

 Bayley took a step toward Cathy, "you fucked up Cathy. He was the best thing you had, but you will never have him again. Unlike you I love him, I would never think about hurting him the way you had. This is my only warning, stay away from him and stay away from us." 

Bayley then knocked Cathy's shoulder as she walked passed her. Neither Bayley or Cathy knew that Carmella was standing behind a stack of storage bins, and recorded the entire thing, feeling so proud of Bayley for standing up for herself.
