Don't worry, I am not dead yet. Even if it took me this long I will continue.

The priestess looked more closely at the figure, he had a full body cloak, it was made from some dark cloth and it looked like it had gone trough many battles. The hood made the priestess unable to see the man's face, and on his back laid some kind of piece of wood. On his side laid a weapon that she had not yet seen, it looked like a little cannon and was safely strapped with a piece of leather on his shoulder. He had a bag of unknown leather to the priestess in his side too.
The man looked at his surroundings, and when he was satisfied he looked back at the priestess and at the mage. He looked at the arrow in her shoulder and said;
"Hold tight and try not to scream" She did not know what he meant until he took the arrow in his hand and forcefully ripped it out of her shoulder. She wimped and when it was out, she took a moment to rest. After this he reached for his bag, he took out a vial of a green liquid and held it to the priestess.
"Drink, it will help with the pain" He said, the priestess looked at the vial and then at her mage friend, she shook her head and refused.
"Please, give it to her" She pleaded and in response, the man looked at the agonizing mage. He got close to her and gently putted a finger on her stomach, but it has enough for her to vomit blood. He touched the blood for a second then asked the priestess.
"Was she stabbed by a knife?" He asked and the priestess nodded
"But I used healing magic" She countered, in response the man only reached by the knife the goblin was using before. He pointed out a green goo that was on the point of the knife.
"She was poisoned, normally it would be too late for her, but hunters are not normal" He said and reached again for his bag, he took out some pills enveloped in a piece of paper and made the mage swallow them. The priestess wanted to stop the man as she looked at her friend be in pain as he made her swallow, but decided to keep quiet. A couple seconds passed and the mage started to shake, then started vomiting a lot, but instead of vomiting blood, she vomited a lot of green stuff. The mage was in shook, but after a few seconds of barfing she noticed she was able to move again. The priestess was going to ask what he gave her but he cut her to it.
"Special medicine used in hunts, when consumed, it gather all the venom in the body and makes the body get rid of it via barfing, it is a quick action medicine, taking action only a few seconds after consumption." He said, his tone made it clear that he knew what he was saying.
The mage was going to start thanking the man for saving her life but he was hushed by the man.
"Don't bother. Your body may have gotten rid of the venom but it is still beign affected by the close to death experience, rest." He looked at the priestess before continuing "Take her to town, and make her eat, the medicine has a secondary effect of using a lot of energy and barfing out the rest of the nutrients. After that make her sleep, by morning she should be like new. I will stay and kill all the goblins that are left." The priestess wanted to argue but then looked at the mage. By following his instructions she could help her recover, and by staying here the most she could do is get in the way. She nodded and continued towards the exit with her friends.
The man looked deeper into the cave and continued walking, there was someone that needed saving.
The man stopped walking when he heard footsteps. No normal man could have hoped of hearing them, but then again like he liked to say 'Hunters aren't normal' He reached for a knife and threw it to the dark of the cave, a few moments passed and there was a 'tump' of a body falling. Hunters were made to hunt in the dead of the night, and caves were no different that the thousands of times he went hunting without moonlight.
