A fateful reunion

Gehrman stood ready to leave and was stooped by the members of the odd party. There was more to it than just slaying goblins he presumed. He looked around and shook his head, he then offered the members of the party to go speak somewhere more private.

And so we come back to present time and everyone was sitting in a sofa. The elf girl was the one to speak first.

"These last few months, strange creatures have begun appearing. These creatures have invaded and erased whole cities in just days. We are not dead yet for one single reason, and that is that they only appear when there is a full moon." At these words Gehrman raised an eyebrow, she continued "Efforts to kill even one of these creatures have proven useless, but then a group of 4 people appeared, they called themselves hunters. They kill these creatures with ease while we had trouble killing even one. They contacted us and called for you, Gehrman." By now Gehrman was truly into deep thought.

If these people were hunters and asked for him, they knew he was here. Well, if they knew him and they was one of the places he took battle at, it would be very easy to say he fought. His scythe leaves a unique trail of arcane that only hunters can feel. His scythe leaves a very easy to distinguish one. But then again, he needed to make sure they weren't hostiles. He might be the strongest hunter but he wasn't immortal, well at least not anymore.

"Have these people gave any names?" He asked and the elf girl nodded.

"One of them said to tell you this 'Vileblood', whatever that means" It then struck him. Vilebloods were a race that was almost extinct. Only a few individuals even remembered of their existence. One of them was a vile blood herself, Maria. He had to take his chances here.

"Where are they?" He asked, his voice a lot more serious and the opposing party replied.

"They will meet us in the ruin where we will slay goblins, their reasoning beign 'nothing better to catch up than with a good hunt' so they said." Said Elf girl.

"If there's nothing else I will take my leave now" He said and the others followed, they were after all assigned to watch these people, they were too powerful to not watch at all times. When they were about to exit the building, Gehrman's party got in the way.

"Where might you be going?" Asked the magician.

"I am going to meet some old friends, want to tag along?" He asked and the others like always agreed.

They would be getting a lot from this. Gehrman was always very mysterious about his past. When they asked about it he would always shrug them off, but if they could met these old friends of his, then they could finally drench their thirst for his secrets. They just couldn't help but want to know more of the one they loved.

And so they leaved, the ruin was two days on foot.

TIME SKIP- END OF FIRST DAY

The party rested for the day at a campfire. They were very tired due to them having to catch up with Gehrman. He was a lot more eager to arrive than any other times. His companions were scared of the thought of him having a lover. They all had long ago agreed to share him, but if he already had a lover their hearts would be shattered, as the lover in question could just not want to share him. The odd party just wondered if he was like this all the time.

Everyone was busy chatting and socializing, everyone except for Gehrman. He was busy thinking away, of many things. If it was her what would he do, if it was a hostile party how would he deal with them. What if it wasn't Maria the one who summoned him, his many students knew of them but the one that was a vileblood her self should be the one most likely of using that key word.
