The Moon's Princess

Um... Okay What?

"Ummm... Okay.... What?" Jack said looking really confused.

"I am a Princess from The Moon." I said did he not understand me? 

"When did you get here?"

"Yesterday. We've been over this already."

His eyes went wide and he started to pace in the snow.

"Jack? Jack? Jack!" I yelled at him

"What?" He asked looking at me

"Why are you pacing a trench so deep in the snow that you are passed your knees?" I asked him raising and eyebrow

"Oh!" he said looking down and realizing what he was doing, "It's just.. Never mind why don't we go back inside. They are probably looking for me." I got up and brushed the snow from my dress, I turned and Jack held out his hand for me to take, I looked at him and he just nodded his head. I took it and all of a sudden we were flying back in the window I jumped from earlier.

"Jack! There you are." North said coming over to us. "Where have you been?"

"I was just outside wit-"

"No I mean the past six months." He said looking Jack up and down

"Oh... umm Manny had me doing some things for him." Jack said vaguely 

"Mmmhmmm.." North said suspecting something was up, "Anyways I see you have met Anna, she is here because Manny want me to teach her our history and some fighting techniques. We also have to learn what powers she has."

"Hello still in the room." I said waving my hand North smiled apologetically

"So I see you guys have a lot to talk about so I'm gonna go back to my room, I'll see you tomorrow North." He nodded and i went to walk away only to realize I was still holding Jack's ice cold hand. "Oh sorry." I said dropping his hand and moving away towards the door. I quickly left the workshop and headed to my room. I opened the door and sat down on my bed.

why was I disappointed that I had to let go of Jack's hand?

There was silence, except for the wind and snow swirling around outside. I layed down in my bed and closed my eyes. Tomorrow North said we would talk about other guardians and immortals, that should be exciting.
