It took them a few hours to get us to our cells. We were blindfolded so we didn't know where we would be kept and were sent in a helicopter to wherever we were now. I heard the rush of waves and rain when we landed but they then brought us to the cells we were currently in. The room was rounded so the entire team that was left could see each other. They put bracelets on both of my wrists keeping me from using my powers. This was what I always did this seemed like what I would always do. But this time was different I was here for a good reason. If it meant that Steve would be happy and could get this all fixed I would stay here forever. The door to our room opened and in walked Tony.
"The Futurist, ladies and gentlemen! The Futurist is here! He sees all! He knows what's best for you, whether you like it or not," Clint announced in the cage beside me.
"Give me a break, Barton. I had no idea they'd put you here. Come on," Tony told him.
"Yeah, well, you knew they'd put us somewhere, Tony," he shot back.
"Yeah, but not some super-max floating ocean pokey. You know, this place is for maniacs. This place is for..."
"Criminals?" Clint finished for him standing up, "Criminals, Tony. Think that's the word you're looking for. Right? That didn't used to mean me. Or Sam, or Adeline, or Wanda. But here we are."
"Because you broke the law," Tony answered.
"Yeah," he sighed.
"I didn't make you. You read it, you broke it," he answered as Clint ignored him, "Alright, you're all grown up, you got a wife and kids. I don't understand, why didn't you think about them before choosing the wrong side?"
"You gotta watch your back with this guy," Clint said as Tony walked towards my cell, "There's a chance he's gonna break it."
"Adeline..." he started.
"I don't want to hear it, Tony," I sighed, "You did this."
"Adeline, I just want to know where he is," he answered, "I know you must know."
I stayed silent and he went onto Sam and Scott. I laid down in my bed staring up at the ceiling. Who knew what was gonna happen after this. Afterall we were criminals now. The Avengers were done for.
AN: So basically this is all that I've had for the past few months. I hit a writers block and also wanted to see how Infinity War turned out to see how I thought this part should end. I still don't really know exactly where I want to go next from here but thank you for your continuous support.
