The room Madam Pomfrey pushed us into is a light pink shade. "Go ahead and pick one thing from each of the shelves Harry" Madam Pomfrey said as she softly pushed me further into the room.

One shelf was filled with blankets of all sizes, textures and colours, the second shelf had lots of teddies sitting on it, the last shelf had a lot of pacifiers, bottles and sippy cups. I'm not a baby! was what I wanted to say, but I couldn't seem to say anything as I was getting distracted by all the pretty colours and soft textures, instead I just walked over to the blankets and started to look at them.

There were piles of blankets all standing at about 6 foot. The first and most of the second pile contained mostly pink blankets. The rest of the second and third pile contain mostly blue. The other piles were filled with a mixture of other colours. Stepping up to the piles I start to run my hand down them, I stopped when I got to a soft and fluffy blanket towards the bottom of the third pile. I bent down to get a better look at the blanket catching my interest, it's fluffy and has a soft brown colour, I run my hand over it again and I instantly knew that this was the one. I gently began to pull on the blanket until it came out, it's designed to look like a cute cartoonish bear! Once I have it I put it up to my face loving the soft and fluffy feeling.

Keeping a tight grip on my new blanket I headed towards the plushies. I looked through the shelves of big and small plushies until my eyes land on a soft looking white cat plushie. The only problem was that the self was taller than me, even when standing on my tippy toes I was unable to reach it. As I was just about to give up I felt strong arms wrap around my waist and gently lift me up. After I grab the white cat I am slowly lowered back to the ground, I turned around to see who helped me, it was Professor Snape. "Um... th-thank you" I stutter out softly "no problem" he replies, looking at me softly "let's go get you a pacifier and a bottle now" I nod my head slowly as we begin to make our way to the last shelf.

All sorts of pacifiers and bottles are scattered amongst the shelves, all with various colours, designs and guards, from pink flowers to green dragons. I stood in front of the shelf for a while, unsure of what to get, until an elegant black and dark green bottle caught my eye. I quickly rushed over to the bottle along with the matching pacifier that was tied to it. As I was closer I noticed that the bottle and paci both had the Slytherin house crest on it in a simple and elegant design, I slowly grab the pacifier and bottle, feeling a little embarrassed that it's a Slytherin item, then make my way over to Severus.

I hold the bottle and pacifier up to Severus while looking around feeling shy about it. I finally look at Severus and his onyx coloured eyes seem to have lit up at seeing me pick a Slytherin item, he has a small, almost not there smile "very cute" he says softly, causing my checks to heat up and go a bright shade of pink. "Okay you two, let's go over some basic items and tools you will be needing" Madam Pomfrey said as she started walking us back to the Hospital wing. When we are back in the hospital wing she starts speaking to me "Harry, due to you being a little you will no longer be attending your classes" I tried to protest but Madam Pomfrey started speaking again "I won't allow it, you'll be staying with Severus in his quarters from now on and come here or stay with him when he has classes to teach." I can tell I won't be arguing with her about it and that it's final, I sigh before asking a question that has been on my mind the whole time "what should I say to my friends? what should I do?" Madam Pomfrey's gaze softens as she knows I feel conflicted about this because I come from an old family line "all you can do is tell them Harry" Madam Pomfrey says putting a caring hand on my back "if they are your true friends they will stick with you," she says, Severus begins talking when she has finished "come on Harry, I'll take you to where you will be staying" Snape says as he begins moving to the door with his cloak billowing behind him. I follow behind him as he takes me to his living quarters and office, hoping we don't run into any students on our way there, but I was shocked to see a bunch of Slytherin students crowding around outside Professor Snape's office
