FINAL CHAPTER

Quick A/N before i get into the chapter. wow this book i've put so much energy and love into it. the last few months i've really slacked with updating and i've lost interest. and almost deleted this book all together. but, i wanted to give ya'll a final chapter. the ride was fun while it lasted. anyways enjoy

I stood in front of a long body mirror staring at the reflection back at me. It had been six years since the last day of MagCon. the family had finally decided that we needed to make our own lives for ourselves. Nash, Hayes, and I being the first ones to walk out of MagCon. 

We were of course super close with the rest of the family. And still made videos when we could. I finally made a life for myself. Getting a college degree was something I had always wanted to do. i got my bachelors degree from Arizona State University. after touring the campus I knew i was meant to be there. 

I was going to be a teacher back in North Carolina. a high school English teacher, is what i was aiming for. but, something had gotten me sidetracked. a few months after i graduated i had gotten pregnant with my boyfriend, now fiance. in a few minutes husband.

a little girl named, bentley rae. she was my pride and joy now two years old. when bentley was a year old her father finally proposed to me and that's where we stand now. my wedding. it was in an industrial setting. my dream wedding was happening now. 

as i looked at myself in the wedding dress i heard a knock on the door. "come in." i said as the person came inside. it was nash and hayes. they both looked at me tears welling in their eyes. "my sister is growing up so fast." nash said pulling me into a hug as i laughed. 

"again only a few second younger." i said letting go of nash pulling hayes into a hug. i heard another knock on the frame. "come in." i said again revealing my best friend, and lady of honor, emma chamberlain. after joining the youtube family i had met so many amazing people. 

one of those people being emma. we got super close after the first few months of knowing each other and i knew that emma was going to be a lifelong friend no matter where i was. what state, what stage of life, and what age. emma was my best friend. 

emma pulled me into a hug. "you are literally perfect." emma said making me smile. "thanks emma. i love you." i said trying not to cry. "don't cry nash. the ceremony hasn't even begun." emma joked as nash lightly punched her. 

the wedding planner came into the room. "game time. everybody out. ashton your father is coming in a minute." she said as i nodded. a few seconds later my father came into the room smiling. pulling me into a hug he whispered, "i'm so proud of you bub." 

i smiled not saying anything knowing i was going to cry. i was so happy.  i was getting married in a few minutes. my father and i talked about how life was going to plan out after this. him going to watch bentley for two weeks for the honeymoon. 

as the music started playing i knew it was time to walk out. i didn't want my fiance to see me in my wedding dress so it would be a surprise to see his reaction. as i walked out of the doors everyone gasped. my eyes laid on bentley and her father. 

i smiled a tear sliding down my cheek. my family was going to be complete. as we walked down the isle i held back countless tears. at the end of the isle my dad pulling me into a hug squeezing me tight. he was handing over his daughter .

"i love you dad." i whispered as he repeated my words to me. he let go of me walking to his seat wiping tears. i turned towards my fiance him taking my hands into his. "today both families of the groom and bride gather for a day we will remember." the priest said. 

i smiled looking into his eyes. seeing so much of bentley. i was so happy. i was going to marry this man. "now lets exchange vows." the priest said as i pulled out a piece of paper. my messy notes scribbled on the page. 

"i'm not sure where to start. i guess i can start off by saying i remember when i first met you. and heard your music. and here we are six years later. i can promise you many smiles and laughs through this marriage. but i can also promise there will be times where i am moody and grumpy." i started. 

"i will give you all of me and you will have all of me. all of my energy, all of my time. all of my love, and all of my affection. i love you more then words can explain. i can't wait to celebrate the rest of my life with you." i said as i looked up seeing tears welling up in his eyes. 

"beautiful. and now for the grooms's." the priest said as he turned over to him. "ashton grier. my love for you was evident from the beginning. i knew the second i laid eyes on you, you were going to be the one. there was something so special about the way you smiled or the way your eyes lit up when i started singing or before every show." he spoke as a tear fell down my face. 

"i have always been here for you and i promise you that i always will be. i can promise that i will work hard for our family, and to support you as best as i can. there will be rough times and i promise to work with you through them and to be your rock. i love you and i can't wait for the years to come." he finished as my smile grew. butterflies in my stomach for what was to come. 

"very well said." the priest said before closing his bible. "after hearing those vows i do believe that these two are suited to become married. what do you say folks? speak now or forever hold your peace." the priest said as everyone cheered. 

"well with the power invested in me i now pronounce you mr. and mrs.mendes. you may kiss the bride." he spoke. i smiled before leaning in. shawn cupped my cheek in his hand before leaning me back kissing me. 

fireworks exploded in my stomach. i was marrying the man i loved. today was the first page in our marriage. once we separated from our kiss family and friends went wild. shawn picking me up carrying me down the isle. 

"i love you wife." shawn said once we got to the backroom. "and i love you husband." i responded. my life was finally perfect. and there was nothing i would change for.
