Under Lock and Key.
Lucy knew what had happened and where she was and of course the reason why, she found herself under lock and key ..... again. This time it was a different lock and key, this one had bars on a window. It was a metal door that banged shut and not her own bedroom door. It's sound on shutting made the room echo so loud it hurt her ear's, she knew that she could never get use to it however long she would hear it. Up to now it had been six long months she had counted the day's in her head, so much so that if she was right there was many months into year's to hear that door slamming shut of her prison cell !.
But to find out this part of the story. We should go back in time, to the Lucy who had suffered too long under her stepfather. To the Lucy who had found out that he held power over her brother Tom, who being too scared had not felt able to tell Lucy what happened in his darkened bedroom when he was not alone. His silence was bought by a look, he couldn't stop it happening but Lucy did. ......
Lucy became aware that Tom was growing up no longer did he want to play at his dressing up game of being a Pirate, in fact Tom stopped playing with all his games and his toys. He was becoming withdrawn so much so that his Mum took him to the Doctor, who on chatting to Tom couldn't find out what was going on in Tom's head. He was sent to see many different specialists who most said the same 'Teenage Syndrome' but Tom was now only twelve year's old, it had all started when he was aged ten a very long two years to hide a secret. Lucy had been no different, she too kept her own secret. Tom and Lucy held the same secrets but did not speak out to each other, Tom no longer tried to stop him when he came into his bedroom, but on a night that Lucy was staying over at her friends house. He entered into a new torment Tom was taken by his stepfather to his friends house, when he was taken back to the house up to the bathroom to shower under the gaze of Dave. Tom did not feel or see anything he did not feel hands helping him to shower. Because at Dave's friends house Tom was not only used as a 'Pass the Parcel' where each one took a turn to take off his clothes one by one, he was also drugged.
