What was the fictional chief of the hunters doing here? You thought. He watched him glance at the surrounding kids. A few were whispering and giggling, none knew what you did. He caught your eye. You glanced away and glared at the ground instead, blocking out the usual morning notices. Miss Kingsive looked at you, noticing your change in body language. You shook your head, and focused on your own thoughts. After a few minutes there was scurrying around you. You stood up, aware that you had been sent to do your work, but as you did not know what you checked the timetable. Maths. great.
You were sitting down your drawing book in your lap. You assured yourself that the new teacher, Shane Tinderly, merely looked like Viggo. Now that you compared him, you could see some differences, although that could just be seeing him in real life. You sighed, before lifting to gaze to confirm what you already knew. But Viggo wasn't there. The air swished behind you. You hurriedly bent over your Chromebook writing nonsense at top speed. Whoever was behind you, watched you for a while. You pretended to do your work, although maths meant nothing to you. You had a sneaking suspicion who was standing there, and your blood boiled. You were thinking of saying something when a loud voice reached your ears.
"Group 4!" Mrs T/N called. You shut your Chromebook abruptly, hurrying over to where a circle of students were forming. The person followed. you. You turned your head to see who it was. Shane Tinderly, aka: Viggo.
"I was wondering If I could observe this lesson from afar." He said, his voice remaining smooth and impassive.
"Of course!" Mrs T/N chirped, putting on a cheery attitude. You rolled your eyes, earning a frown from Mrs T/N in response. The lesson began, with you not paying attention to anything she was saying. You drifted off again, your hand fiddling with your pencil, aware of Viggo's ever watchful eyes.
"Y/N!" Mrs T/N shouted.
"What?" You answered alert to the entire classes watchful eyes.
"Answer please?" You stared blankly for a second. She sighed in irritation.
"4a (16x23) squared."
"a-ah-h." You stuttered mind working feverishly,
"Um... 135424." You answered. Mrs T/N sighed.
"Working out please." She said impatiently. You were about to answer before you recognised this as and excellent opportunity to find out the truth.
"Oh well, I used the rule of BEDMAS but you could also use the dragon eye to work it out..." Mrs T/N looked at you confused.
"Or you could use, the simple method of punch something until it does what you want. However this method did not secure the shellfire, or the submaripper." Movement stirred behind you. Mrs T/N was looking at you angrily, thinking you were showing off.
"You could also get someone to tutor you, I hear Hiccup is marvellous at that. Doesn't he defeat dragon hunters everyday of the week?" A gleam of light caught your eye. you ducked just in time to avoid a fatal blow to the head. The wind of the sword giving your hair a new parting.
"Viggo." You hissed, turning round "I knew it was you."
A/N
Just a warning, Viggo might act a little out of character here. I know he doesn't really fight often, but put it like this:
1 He has just been transported (Teleported) into an unknown world, full of strange new things.
2 And he doesn't know the inhabitants reactions.
If you have any suggestions please comment.
(Also the hunters kidnapped a passerby to learn more about the world they now live in. This is how Viggo is able to make inquiries to the school and things.)
I hope you guys like it so far!
