"Charmander" 'I'm bored'
"I know Charmander, we've been waiting for an hour and my brother isn't here."
I used the pokedex to check on Charmander's abilities.
"Look Charmander, it saids that you can use 'Ember' but you can also learn 'Fire Spin', 'Fire Blast' & 'Flamethrower'. Also that your little flame tells us that you are in good health."
"Charmander." 'Interesting'
"Charmander, can I give you a nickname?"
"Char" 'Nickname?'
"Okay I'm thinking about calling you 'Aki'."
Charmander gave me another hug.
"Am I Too Late?!" Ash shouted.
'Finally Ash is here.'
" Ash, why are you still in your pajamas?"
"I didn't want to be late. Why didn't you wake me up Amanda?" Ash asked.
" I tried but you sleep like a log."
Ash got Pikachu as his starter Pokemon because he was late.

We went back home to pack for our journey.
'Sleeping bags, first aid kit, water bottle, watch, clothes, umbrella & my soft ball bat'

"Hey Ash are you done yet?"
"Almost done Amanda." Ash replied.
"Mom do you want to meet Charmander?"
"I would love too." Mom replied.
I brought Charmander out of his poke ball.
"Charmander" 'Yes Mama?'
"He's so adorable." Mom said.
Charmander saw my mom and wanted her to pick him up.
"He wants a hug, mom."
" He's a hugger. Do you think he'll be safe with you & Ash?" Mom asked.
" I'll train him so he can be strong and if someone tries to take Aki away from me then I will beat them up."
"Aki?" Mom asked.
"That's Charmander's nickname, it means Bright & Autumn"
After that Ash came downstairs with Pikachu but he was mad at Ash.
"Ash what did you do?"
"I accidentally stepped on Pikachu's tail." Ash replied.
I decided to hold Pikachu while Charmander was on my back.
"Are you going to put Charmander back in his poke ball, Amanda?" Ash asked.
"No he needs fresh air & his name is Aki now."
"Okay." Ash said.
After we said bye to mom and Professor Oak, we leave Pallet Town.We were in the forest and saw a lot of wild Pokemon.
"Aki & Pikachu look a Pidgey."

"I want to catch it!" Ash shouted.
Ash took out a poke ball.
"Wait Ash!"
Too late, he threw the poke ball at the Pidgey but it escape from the poke ball.
"What?" Ash asked.
"Ash you're suppose to battle the Pokemon to weaken it then capture it with the poke ball."
Ash tried to get Pikachu to battle Pidgey but he wasn't listening so he tried to battle the Pokemon by himself.
"Pikachu you have to listen to Ash."
"Pika" 'I don't want too.'
"Like it or Not, he's your trainer so please try to work with him."
"Pikachu" 'No'
"Aki please try to talk to Pikachu."
"Charmander" 'Okay'
Charmander climbed off my back and talk to Pikachu but he still wouldn't listen. Charmander got angry at him for what he said and pushed him.
"Aki don't push him."
"Char" 'He's mean.'
Aki pointed at Pikachu & me.
"Pikachu insulted me?"
Aki nodded his head.
"Ah Amanda Help!" Ash shouted.
Ash was being chase by a Spearow.
"Pikachu use Thunder Shock!"
Pikachu ignore me.
"Aki help Ash."
Charmander made it to Ash and tried to chase the Spearow away but it started to attack him.
"Charmander" 'Mama!'
"Hold on Aki!"
I took out my bat, swing at Spearow and it was sent flying away.
"Are you guys okay?"
"Yes" Ash replied.
"Charmander" 'We're okay.'
Charmander & Ash got scratches from the Spearow.
"I'll get the first aid kit."
"Amanda" Ash said.
I turned around and saw a spearow flock.
"Run!"

Ash grabbed Pikachu and I put Aki back in his poke ball. Ash & I jumped into the waterfall in order to get away from the angry Spearow flock.
"Hey Wake Up!" Someone shouted.
I open my eyes and saw a girl with orange hair.

"What just happen?"
"I was fishing for water type Pokemon but I caught you, this guy and a Pikachu." The girl said.
"That's my twin brother Ash and Pikachu."
"What were you guys doing?" The girl asked.
"Running away from a Spearow flock. Man they were pissed off at us."
The girl told Ash that he should take Pikachu to the Pokemon Center in Viridian City.
"Amanda look behind you!" Ash shouted.
I turn around and saw the Spearow flock.
'Oh Crap'
Ash took the girl's bike and started to petal away from the Spearow flock.
"Hey Get Back Here!" The girl yelled.
"Come on, we need to catch up to him."
I took Aki out.
"Charmander" 'Yes'
"Aki we need to follow Ash & Pikachu so we can get this girl's bike back."
"My name is Misty." The girl said.
"Fine, my name is Amanda Ketchum & this is my Charmander 'Aki'."
