"Amanda I just caught a Pidgeotto!" Ash yelled.

"Okay, Ash you don't have to yell."

"Weedle" 'Mama I'm tired'

Aki & Kaito were starting to fall asleep.

"Ash & Misty, we should call it a night. Aki & Kaito are getting sleepy."

We ate dinner and got ready for bed.

"Aki, you are in charge of keeping Pikachu & Caterpie warm and safe for the night."

"Charmander, Char." 'Okay, mama.'

Aki sat between Pikachu & Caterpie to keep them warm with his fire.

"Weedle" 'Night mama.'

Kaito was lying next to me in my sleeping bag.

8 hours later

"Let's just grab Pikachu & Charmander," James said.

'Team Rocket!'

I opened my eyes and saw Team Rocket trying to kidnap Pikachu & Aki.

"Team Rocket get away from my babies!"

I hit Jessie & James with my bat.

"I got the girl's Weedle!" Meowth yelled.

Meowth took Kaito out of my sleeping bag.

"Weedle" 'Mama help.'

"Meowth put Kaito down before I break your freaking skull!"

Jessie & James brought out Ekans & Koffing. Meowth ran back to Jessie & James with Kaito.

"Pikachu, use Thunder Shock!" Misty commanded.

"Pidgeotto, use quick attack!" Ash commanded.

They were defeated by Ekans & Koffing.

'What do we do now? Aki, Caterpie & Kaito are the only ones that can still fight. Aki can't use fire attacks at Team Rocket because Kaito will get hurt.'

"Caterpie, you're the only one who can fight Team Rocket."

"Caterpie" 'Okay Amanda'

"Ash, tell Caterpie to use String Shot! Aki, get ready to rescue Kaito!"

"Charmander" 'Yes Mama'

"Okay, Amanda. Caterpie, use String Shot!" Ash shouted.

Caterpie was able to trap Jessie & James with their Pokémon but Kaito was stuck too.

"Weedle" 'Mama'

"Aki bring Kaito back."

Aki walked to Team Rocket and grabbed Kaito from Meowth.

"Hey come back here!" Meowth yelled.

"Charmander" 'Ember'

Aki used Ember on Team Rocket.

"Good job guys."

I kissed Aki & Kaito on the forehead.

"Amanda, Kaito is glowing," Ash said.

"Ash, Caterpie is glowing too."

Kaito and Caterpie were evolving.

"Kakuna" 'Mama I feel different.'

"Metapod" 'I think we just evolve.'

"Charmander" ' I hope I evolve soon.'

"Kaito, you evolve into a Kakuna."

I took out my pokedex.

"Kakuna: Almost incapable of moving, this POKéMON can only harden its shell to protect itself from predators."

"Kaito, you can only use Harden to protect yourself. Aki you'll have to protect Kaito until he hatches from his cocoon or until we can get another Pokémon."

'I could find a ground type, flying type, or a grass type in the forest.'
