               -DESTINY'S P.O.V.-

She looked straight at me. He turned around and saw me. My eyes widened when I realized they were all looking at me. Fuck. The man with the gun began talking.

"Get her.Now"

I got up ready k run but stopped when I felt something morning against my head. It was a gun.

"Run and I'll shoot you"

"Okay"

I turned around slowly. Way to go Des look what you got yourself into now. He pushed me making me walk to the center. I was face to face with the guy that was torturing the girl. He began walking closer to me.

"Name"
He looked at me head to toe.

"Are you deaf or something. I said Name"

I swallowed my saliva before speaking.
"De...Destiny Hansel"

"Destiny, I like it"
He held his gun against my cheek and lowered it to my neck.

"Destiny who are you"

"Wh...what"

Beofre he could say anything else, someone began shooting inside the building. The guy next to him fell to the ground. Hey shot him.

"Get both do the girl out of here"
He walked to the front door with his gun already shooting. The other followed him.

I kicked the guy behind me. He fell down. I turned to look at the girl. I was about to run to her but she spoke out.

"Leave, run go!!!"

I turned around and ran. I grabbed my bag from the floor and ran out the back. I ran to the street but stopped when I saw a black van. The door opened. Two men with guns walked out. They were part of this too. They looked up at me. I ran past the van and into the alley. I guess being in track helped a little. I was close to the street. I saw the bus pass by. I ran to it and got inside. I walked to the back of the bus and sat down. I turned aeound and saw that one of the guys had followed me  I watched him go back to the alley as the bus drove off.

                 -JACE'S P.O.V.-

"They have Stella"

I looked at him.
"Make sure to get her out of there fast, leave the rest to me"
I grabbed the gun and got off the van. I looked up and saw a girl. She was wearing a black hoodie and only that. She looked at both of us before running to the alley.

I looked at Xavier.
"Get her"
He nodded and ran after her. I walked into the building. My men were in already.
"What happened"

"They got away before we could get them"
Hector, my third in command spoke out.

I turned to look at him.
"What about Stella"

"She's alive but we couldn't get her"

I punched the wall and looked at the chair. It was covered in blood. Probably hers.

"Boss"

I turned around.
"What"

"We found this behind those boxes"
He handed me an ID card.

"Destiny Hansel"
It's the same girl.

"Jace"
I turned around and saw Xavier walking in.

"Where is she"

"That girl can run...she got away"

Who ever she is she knows something. She's probably with Alec.

"Hector"
He walked up to me.

"Find out everything about this girl and report to me immediately"

"Sure thing"

"Let's go"

             -DESTINY'S P.O.V.-

Who ever they were they were torturing a girl. They wanted something from her. I got off at the police station. Diego should know what to do.

"Hello, how may I help you"
I looked at the man at the front desk.

"May I see Detective Folt"

He picked up the phone and called for him.

"He'll be out in a bit, you may have a seat"

"Thank you"
I walked to the chairs and sat down. Am I doing the right thing. I'm probably just going to get in more trouble if Diego finds out. Maybe I should just go. I got up and was about to walk out but I stoped when Diego called out for me.

"Des"
I turned around and saw him walking to me.

"You wanted to see me? What's wrong"

"Well umm...actually it's nothing"

"Hey what's wrong, your hands are shaking"

I looked at my hands. I guess I was so nervous I didn't even notice.

"I saw something"

"What do you mean"

"Can we talk somewhere private"

He looked around before nodding. He grabbed my hand and walked me to the door leading to the offices in the police station. We walked to his office. He closed the door and sat down. I sat down in front of him.

"I saw these men torturing a girl, they were about to shoot her but they saw me, they got me but I was able to run away, because someone began shooting inside the building. I ran out but stopped when two men saw me. I ran but one of them followed me. I was able to get on to the bus in time before he got to me. I don't know what it was but I'm sure it was some type of gang"

I said trying to catch my breath. Diego just looked at me.

"Whoa slow down"
He handed me a cup of water.

"I'm sorry it's just that I had to tell you"

"It's okay, just breath. Did they hurt you in any way"

"No"

"Did you see who they were"

"Yes"

"Okay, tell me what happened again but slowly"

I began telling him everything including the tattoos they had.

"Can you point them out if I showed you some pictures"

"Yes"

He walked to his desk and grabbed a file that was on top of his desk. He walked back to me. He opened the file of papers. There was a picture of a guy covered in tattoos all over his face.

"I'm going to flip through the pictures, when you see one of the men you recognise tell me"

I nodded my head. He began flipping through the pictures. None of these guys looked familiar to me. It seemed like we were sitting in his officer forever. I got up and stretched while he looked for more of his files. I looked at the wall behind me. There were pictures of wanted people and important dates. I walked closer to the wall. There in red bold WANTED letters was the man that was torturing the girl.

"Him"

"Who him. Well he isn't that dangerous just a couple of robberies"

I turned around to look at him. He was looking at the picture on the desk.

"Not him, this one"

He looked at where I was pointing. He got up and looked at me.

"Are you sure it was him"

"Yes, he was the one with the girl"

He grabbed the picture.

"Stay here, I'll be back"

He walked out leaving me alone in his office. I sat back down and waited for him. Who was that guy? Was he really a bad person?
