-DIEGO'S P.O.V.-

I looked at my watch, it was already going to be midnight. I called Destiny again but it sent me straight to voicemail. Something doesn't seem right. I tracked her car but it pinned on the campus parking lot, maybe she's studying and has her phone on silent.

"I'm home" I looked up from the laptop screen to see Haylie walking in.

"Did Destiny say what time she was coming home"

"She's not home yet?"

"No"

I called her again but it sent me straight to voicemail.

"You don't think something happened to her do you" Haylie asked.

"I don't know" I called the campus library.

"Hello, this is Hills View Private College Library, how may I help you" It was a woman's voice.

"Hello, I'm just calling to see if someone is still at the library"

"What's the name of the student"

"Destiny Hansel" I waited as the keyboards were heard on the other side of the phone.

"I'm sorry but she never checked in today"

I hung up and dialed the campus security.

"Hills View..."

"This is Detective Diego I need you to give me access to parking lot D"

"Access Code" I have him my code as I waited for my screen to load.

The cameras came into my view. I looked through the cameras until I found her car. It was there but there no view of her.

"Diego is everything okay"

"No, something is wrong with Des, I'm going to Jace's place"

"What? No. Okay, but I'm coming with you"

We grabbed our things and headed out. Destiny wouldn't do anything without telling one of us so something has to be wrong.

-JACE'S P.O.V.-

"You think I mess up" I said looking at Xavier and Henry.

"Yes, you did" We all looked at Stella as she walked down the stairs sitting down next to us.

"Why don't you call her"

"I've tried but it sends me straight to Voicemail"

"Then she is mad"

I leaned my head back against the couch. Destiny deserves someone better than me. She's not like any of the other girls I had a one night stand with, Destiny is more than that.

"So how are the deals coming through"

"Everything is better, except for Alec and his men they always seem to wanna fuck everything up, but I've taken care of that" Ever since I got Destiny from him he's made it his role to make my business a disaster but little does he know he'll soon be the one who's going to be below us all.

"What about Soudside Mafia, I heard they have a new leader" Stella said looking at me.

"Our ties with them were cut off when Marcus decided to have a connection with Alec and his men, so I don't know" I said looking at her.

If it is true then that means Marcus is no longer the leader, then who is it? I snapped out of my thoughts when I heard yelling coming from the front. Xavier and Henry got up with their guns in their hands. One of the guards came running in.

"What's with all the yelling" I said getting up.

"Sir, someone wants to see you but he won't take no for an answer"

"Who?" I asked looking at him.

"Where's Destiny" A guys voice said. I looked at him.

"What are you doing here"

"Where's Destiny"

"I don't know"

"I'm not here to play games, tell me where she is" He pointed his gun at me. I pulled mine out pointing it at him.

"Diego, stop" There was a girl next to him, she must be his sister.

"Look, we're just here to look for Destiny" she said looking at me.

"She's not here, she left since the morning" Xavier said looking at her.

"She was suppose to go back home" Stella said looking at them.

"She did but then she decided to go to the campus library and get some homework done, we called and she never made it to the library but her car is at the campus" the girl said looking at me.

"She's missing" I said lowering my gun. I could feel my blood start to boil, someone took her.

"Henry, track her number" I yelled looking at him.

"I tried and nothing came up"

"That's because you don't have the technology we do, Henry track it"

Whoever took Destiny is going to pay with their life, that I can be sure of.

-DESTINY'S P.O.V.-

The smell of paint cane to me as I opened my eyes trying to adjust to the light. Last time this happened I was stuck in a room but now this room was different. I was on a bed laying down. I got up slowly looking around. Where am I? I got up looking out the window. It was night time already.

"You finally woke up" I looked behind me and saw Nick sitting on a chair at the corner of he room. He got up and began walking closer to me.

"Don't" I said backing away.

"I won't hurt you"

"Then why did you bring me here and why did you put that thing on me, you kidnapped me"

"Destiny I had too, I was ordered to"

"Ordered to? By who, wait do you work for Alec"

"What? No, I work for..."

He was about to say something when the door opened. A guy walked in, he was wearing a white button up long sleeve with black dress pants. His shoes were those fancy ones you wear to wedding or with a tuxedo. His hair was short but long at the same time, it was a light brown like mine. He looked at me, those eyes they look so familiar.

"I need to talk to her" His voice was deep with anger in it.

"It's okay Destiny" Nick said before walking out.

I looked at the guy as he stood there looking at Nick walking out of the room. I could feel my heart begin to speed up. Why am I here again?

"Destiny" The guys said, I felt some type of connection to him, but I didn't know what connection.

"Why am I here?" I asked looking at him.

"I wanted to see you again"

"Again? I'm sorry but I've never met you before or seen you"

"October night, we went out to eat dinner. We came back and everything changed. We were both separated on not seen again, I didn't think I would ever see you again Dessie"

"Dessie? No it can't be...Giovanni"
