Haily's POV

I walked along the gym sidelines as those assholes continue saying horrible things about me. My mother would always say 'when somebody says something bad about you it just means they're jealous. You're gorgeous just the way you are, don't let people tell you otherwise'. My mother Lisa O'Brien died when I was 6 years old.

Peter, Ned, Michelle, and Dylan huddled around me to keep me safe. It was shocking since Peter is a very shy boy and he still came all this way to protect me. "Ooh girls look what the cat dragged it"
"Looks like a piece of shit to me HAHA". Dylan got up in one of the girls faces and yelled at them {surprisingly} "Hey!! That's my sister you're talking about! So if you wanna continue talking about her you'll have to go through me. Stay the hell away from my sister" and with that, we all headed towards the wall by the bleachers and sat down dropping all our stuff.

"Haily, you shouldn't listen to them ya know" Peter said out of the blue. "Yeah I know but you all know me... I'm not one to fight unless it's absolutely necessary" I said back; the others nodded. "Haily, to us, you're pretty badass! You should appreciate that! Because we all love you" Michelle actually said without being sarcastic. "Well look at you! Finally being nice" Dylan laughed as did we; I looked behind me to see the popular and richest girl in the school. Nashly Grace. Her mother is Starfire the famous tamerainian superhero. She would always tell her friends to back off when they would try to bully either Me or Peter, she seemed nice but all I can tell is that it might be an act. But today was different. She seemed to be really angry at her so called "friends", she was yelling {quietly} at Flash Thompson, Annabeth Chase, Madison Montgomery, and Zach Davidson.

Time skip~ 3:25pm

I was on my phone reading a Wattpad fanfic of Evan Peters from my show American Horror Story, I was laying on Dylan's lap while he was laying against the wall; Peter and Ned were talking about the new Spider-Man Video on YouTube of Spidey help stop the Vulture Guy, And Michelle. Well Michelle was reading a book as usual. Everything seemed to be going okay and I'm glad it is.
"Hey Haily! HEADS UP!!!" Flash yelled as he through a cup filled of water at me. I placed my phone down but unfortunately got wet, "Wow look at the improvement!". That was the last straw. My face turned red, I clenched my fist and blew up like a volcano! "FLASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I screamed, only to notice that the water started to raise, everything around the whole gym started to shake, the air blew everywhere, the leaves from outside started to walk along the floor, and soon enough the fire alarm went off.

"Haily!". I opened my eyes and relaxed, the water that was in the air splashed on the floor, the fire as soon as it came went out, the wind stopped and the leaves just laid there on the floor. Everyone's eyes were on me, some screamed saying I was a witch, others had frightening looks on their faces and then there was Nashly. She seemed to have a sorrowful look on her face. "I'm so sorry Haily, this would've been better if it didn't happen at school".

Once she said that one line, I immediately ran for it; I ran out of school and ran at least 4 miles away from the school and I was already at my house. It's only been 5 minutes tho?!

I climbed the side of my house {using the ivy on the sides} and just sat on the roof thinking about what just happened.

"What happened back there? How did I do....whatever I did...I'm scared and I don't know what to do! My grandmother doesn't understand me in more ways than one, my Aunt isn't nice to me and doesn't care, and Dylan. Although he was my brother, how would he understand? I'm trapped. I'm always trapped. But there's no bright light this time...".
