"How is it with Josie?" I asked Lucy as I took a drink of the beer in my hand, seated beside her at the foot of the bed.

"Great, dude." She shook her head with a big smile. "She introduced me to her mom yesterday as her girlfriend, and she didn't even bat an eyelash about it. She hugged me and offered me something to drink." she scratched the back of her buzzed head as she grinned down at her Converse clad feet. "And we have amazing musical chemistry, so I'm pumped to keep writing music. And hearing her cheer me on at football practice." She sighed happily and looked up at the full moon, clutching the neck of her beer bottle between her thumb, pinky and ring fingers as her first and middle finger tapped it rhythmically.

"I'm happy for you, dude." I chucked ger shoulder with mine and rose her brows.

"Am I correct in assuming it's going well between you and the Little Red Riding Hood?" She asked, and I rose a brown before following her gaze, which was looking over my shoulder. I turned around and saw the girl in mention, standing a few feet away, looking at me beyond the brim of a bright red cloak hood.

"More like Robin Hood." I muttered, my eyes blessed under the fierceness of her stance. She wore black tights under her cloak, a pair of red boots over them.

"Y-you like it?" She stuttered, moving her hands from her hips to fold together by her hips. She looked down at them, blushing, and I grinned before hopping off of the truck bed. I had her glasses, because she handed them to me before she took off into an empty tent with the costume bag. I unfolded her glasses and placed them on her ears beneath, pressing them upward before leaning in to kiss her forehead. I walked around her, pulled her hood down and took the scrunchie out of her hair, allowing the waves of crimson to fall like the sea as the sun rises over the sea upon the horizon. I moved in front of her again and moved her hair over her shoulders before pulling her hood up, and closer to me so that I could kiss her lips softly, pulling away to rest my forehead against hers.

"I'd want you to save me everyday." I smiled through my mumble, and felt my heart flutter when her hands moved between us, up to cup my face warmly. She moved my hair from in front of my face and searched through the dark for my eyes. Her hands moved down my cheeks, to my neck, where she allowed them to rest while she pulled me in and pecked my lips once, twice, three times, before pulling away.

"The bag is in the empty tent over there." She smiled, pointing behind me, and I shrugged.

"I don't think I wanna do it." I decided, and she rolled her eyes before taking my hand and pulling me into the empty tent she was originally getting dressed within.

"There is no way I'm going to dress up without you." She demanded as she zipped the empty tent up and dumped the trash bag on the floor. She pulled my jacket off, then my flannel shirt, before picking up a plain white button up shirt and handing it to me. "Put this on." She demanded of me before unzipping the tent, exiting, and zipping it back up. I shrugged and put it over my shoulders before buttoning it all the way up to the top button.

Shortly after, she came back with a pair of long, white socks, sunglasses and a broom.

"Take off your pants." She demanded, and I rose a brow.

"Am I really corrupting you that much, Cheryl Blossom?" I joked, and she rolled her eyes.

"Just do it." She demanded, reaching up to take down my hair from its half ponytail. I removed my boots, and my jeans before she put the socks in my hands. "I stole these from Sweetpea's bag." She admitted, and I rose a brow.

"You really have been corrupted, haven't you, thief?" I joked, and she shrugged.

"I buy him a whole new pack. These have holes in them anyway." I put them on, and she placed the sunglasses over my eyes.
