Meeting nr. 7

It seems that everything was going good at Big Hit & even better for me at Busan Art School. I enjoyed teaching & shaping these young minds. I would be lying if I said I didn't have a favourite student. His name is Park Jimin, he is an incredible dancer, there is so much soul in his dancing. He is quite popular & very charming, but can be so shy at times & then out of no where so bold.

Just the other day he came to me after class & said that he wants to marry me someday, I just laugh it off. Then there was the time he proudly lifted his shirt to show me how toned he's gotten from the dancing, I almost choked to death on my own spit. Like I said out of no where so bold.

~Yes~ I ask.
~I've heard you singing along to some of are practice songs & I was wondering if you had any background in music~ Jimin asks.
~Well I've been singing a while & dancing & I know a few thingstb5 ~ I say.
~Why do you ask~ I ask.
~I'd like to learn to sing if I have a voice for it, would you maybe help me~ Jimin asks.

~Sure, I can help & even if I can't I know some people who could~ I say.
~Thank you, let's just see if my voice is any good first~ Jimin says.
~If I may ask, do you want to be an idol that you want to start learning to sing~ I ask.
~Well I haven't thought of it that way~ Jimin says.

I could feel there was more to this story, but didn't pressure him any further. We spent the next couple of day's on voice exercises before we started a full song. I wanted to check his range & pitch first. Turns out he had a good voice & with enough practice he would hit amazing high notes. Without him knowing I recorded him to send a sample to Uncle Bang.

~Jimin, I was wondering if you would consider to audition for an entertainment company~ I ask.
~Ok, but which one, isn't it hard to get into the big companies~ Jimin asks.
~Yeah it's quite difficult, but I have a friend that's with this small company called Big Hit & he says they are all super nice people not like those other companies~ I say.

~ I will give it a shot, but would you mind coming with me~ Jimin asks.
~Uh, I'll accompany you to Seoul but won't come with you to the audition if that's alright~ I say.
~That's fine~ Jimin says.

Time skip to audition.

So here I was hanging out with Kyla & Sung Deuk having coffee while Jimin had his audition. Sung Deuk heard the voice file I sent Uncle Bang & I've sent him video's of Jimin dancing as well. The kid's good & exactly what Big Hit wants he said. I was very confident he would be excepted. Not that the members had been finalized as of yet.

We talked for a little while more before deciding to go greet Bang PD. As we were walking to the bus, I saw someone very familiar to me & ducked behind a tree.

~Yah, Rose where did you go~ Kyla asks.
~Here, shhh don't say my name so loud~ I say.
~What the F~ Sung Deuk asks.
~It's HIM~ I say nodding my head in the direction of the bus.
~ HIM who~ Kyla asks trying to see who I was hiding from.
~Wait, isn't that the guy who brought you home on your birthday a few years back~ Kyla asks.
~Yeah that's him & that's who she's hiding from~ Sung Deuk says.

~Wait WTF did you just say~ I ask.
~Oh, ugh, he brought you home on your birthday that one year~ Sung Deuk says.
~Don't you remember~ Kyla asks.
~Hell no, I thought Son picked me up after I blacked out~ I say.
~Yah, dude you better explain before I kick your head in~ I say.
~Chill girly, he phoned & I did say I would come get you but he said he's already in a taxi, so I left it~ Sung Deuk says.

~Ok, why didn't you tell me then~ I ask.
~You didn't ask me so I thought you knew & was embarrassed so I didn't mention it~ Sung Deuk says.
~I thought it was a dream my perverted mind played on me~ I say.
~Oh God, if that wasn't a dream does that mean the rest of it was real too~ I say.
~You stupid girl, you f.... pervert~ I say.

~Who's a pervert now~ Kyla asks while walking back to us.
~Where the hell did you go~ I ask.
~Oh I went to talk to Seokjin, told him that he's so handsome & should audition for Big Hit~ Kyla says.
~Motherfucker, why in God's name would you do that~ I ask.
~ What, he's hot okay, maybe I'll see him around when I visit Sung Deuk~ Kyla says.

I just rolled my eyes & shaked my head, oh dear God help me. With friends like these who needs enemies! We got on the bus to go to Big Hit. Lets hope I can sneak in without running into any of the boys.

Time skip to end of 2011

Jimin got accepted & so did Seokjin they will be joining Big Hit. I was sad to see Jimin go, he was such a good student & charming boy. I would miss him. We said our goodbyes & then he hugged me so tightly I couldn't breath & he boldly kissed my cheek, making my heart flutter & earning strange looks from students as well as some teacher's.

That night I felt my heart flutter while thinking of Jimin & decided to add him to my list.
