Chapter 3 Three Months

Tony's Pov:

"You need to go to a hospital." Rhodey insisted as we got off the helicopter and I weakly walked toward the limo. No one needs to know...No one needs to know...

"No, I have an announcement to make, I also really want a cheeseburger and milkshake." I said as we got into the limo.

"Tones seriously?" Rhodey asked.

"You need a doctor." Pepper said looking at my chest.

"Yeah they...can't fix that." I said and she paled.

"How about you make the announcement then you go to a hospital and I'll go to your favorite burger joint and get you your usual with a milkshake?" Rhodey asked.

"That works." I said licking my lips. I made my announcement and they dragged me to a hospital...the one I promised not to be in...He's probably pissed.

"Fuck." Rhodey said looking at me.

"What?" I asked.

"You smell like an Omega." He said and my stomach dropped.

"You think anyone has noticed?" I asked.

"I didn't till I was right on top of you so you should be ok, for now." Rhodey said. Pepper walked over and talked to a nurse as Rhodey made sure I didn't pass out because I'm kind of rocking on my feet tiredly. I startled and shrunk when I heard a loud noise only to see a beta nurse had dropped her clip board and was staring at me eyes wide.

"Tony?" She asked and I gave her a confused look...Do I know her. "Oh god...Ok, let's get you a room you look like your about to pass out." She said rushing behind the desk and Pepper walked over giving me a confused look.

"Do you know her?" Pepper asked.

"I might...I don't know." I mumbled and Pepper frowned looking at me worriedly.

"Follow me." The nurse said and I forced myself to move...I had lost a lot of weight cause they very rarely fed us and when they did we'd try to save it.

"Pepper we have a O problem." Rhodey whispered and Pepper tensed. The nurse opened the door to a really nice private room. "Lay down...I'm going to tell Stephen you are here." She said and my eyes widened.

"No!" I shouted and she startled as I almost collapsed. Rhodey caught me and frowned. "He'll be mad...I promised...I...I promised." I said and she gave me a sad smile.

"He won't be mad." She said and left as I cried...I cried but there was barley any tears cause I was fucking dehydrated and exhausted. Rhodey helped me onto the bed and then looked around.

"I'll go get you that burger." Rhodey said and I smiled tiredly.

"I hope he doesn't hate me." I mumbled.

"If he's really your friend he'll be happy to see your ok." Pepper said and I chuckled.

"I feel like shit...Probably look like shit." I said and she gave me a sad smile.

"Like I said he'll be ok to just see you." Pepper said.

"Pepper...He doesn't know." I said and she looked at me. "He's going to find out." I said.

"Tony..." She sighed.

"What if he hates me for not telling him or what if he thinks less of me?" I asked.

"He won't." She said and it got quiet so I started to drift off startling awake and screaming when the door opened. I saw Stephen eyes wide when he looked at me...Uh...His eyes started to water and he rushed over pulling me into a hug...Oh.
