Chapter 37 Steve

Tony's Pov:

"Nope." I said shutting the door in Ross's face but he stopped it.

"To bad Stark." Ross said letting himself in and Steve was behind him making me tense when Steve looked at my stomach.

"Your pregnant?" Steve asked.

"Yup...To pregnant for this bullshit so shoo." I said to both of them.

"Shut it Stark." Ross spat. "Captain America is coming back to the team." He added...Like hell he is!

"He was kicked out for good reason." I growled and I heard footsteps stop making me look back at T'Challa who had stopped in his walk.

"Which was not a crime." Ross said and I growled and glanced over when T'Challa was next to me. "So Captain America will be moving back in." Ross said and I saw how T'Challa tensed.

"I'm pregnant...I'm not letting an aggressive Alpha into my home around my child!" I snapped and Ross snarled making me flinch.

"That is not your call!" Ross snarled as I forced myself not to shrink...Damn hormones.

"It is." T'Challa said.

"Excuse me?" Ross asked.

"The law states the Omega of the the household has full right to kick anyone out of said home if they think someone is a threat to there child." T'Challa said calmly. "Tony sees the Captain as a threat to his child so the Captain can not stay here." T'Challa said and I let out a breath...I forgot T'Challa and Stephen had spent hours reading over the new laws for Omegas.

"The people want Captain America back." Ross said and I tensed when I heard a whine making me look back at a frozen terrified Bruce.

"Bruce." Steve said and I snarled at him making him shut up.

"Leave." I said.

"Please...Tony wait." Steve said and I frowned. "Just...I'm sorry." Steve said and I blinked. "I won't stay here but I do want to be apart of the team again. I'm sorry for what I did...I'm sorry Bruce." Steve said.

"Who told you to say all of this?" I asked but saw how Ross looked disgusted at Steve.

"No one...I really am sorry, after I was sick...I don't know it was like I woke up to how I treated you and Bruce...I'm sorry." Steve said...Right...the serum did change a lot of the Alphas.

"I'll give you a chance but you are not staying here and won't be on any missions that involve Bruce till he's ready." I said.

"Thank you, Tony." Steve said and I nodded.

"Fine." Ross huffed walking off and Steve hesitated.

"Congratulations by the way." Steve said softly before leaving. I let out a shaky breath and heard Bruce do the same.

"Glad Strange wasn't here for that...He'd have killed them." T'Challa said and I laughed but stopped when I noticed T'Challa wasn't joking.

"Shit, seriously?" I asked.

"You saw how he was when I sneezed and I'm pack...Ross was yelling at you." T'Challa said.

"He's right...I think Stephen would have killed Ross." Bruce said and I felt sick.

"I didn't think he was that bad." I said.

"Who is not that bad?" I startled and looked at Stephen who frowned when he noticed I was standing.

"Hey look Levi is on me to make sure I don't fall." I said and Stephen huffed walking over to me but froze irises flickering gold as he growled. We all tensed as his pupils went a bit bigger as he looked at me. "Steph?" I asked and I was grabbed being rubbed all over like he does when he thinks I'm hurt.
