✷ As Daphne Blake walked through the compact halls of Greendale High School, she let her green eyes scan the halls, searching for the right person to the lead in her manila folder. The GHS Raven Nest was currently on the hunt for a new columnist, which meant she was stuck with the footwork for her friends.

It also seemed that the fifteen year old attracted attention wherever she went. From the burberry rain boots she currently donned to the lilac hair scarf currently pulling back half of her copper waves, she was a lot to take in. Another reason could also be because of her and her friend's reputation of vigilante justice across the town.  Daphne was proud of what she was able to accomplish for some of the students...others found her to be a bit of a menace, to which she only could think was because they had a reason to be worried about her finding something out.

Finally, She caught a glimpse of the brunette Kinkle boy with his arm wrapped about Sabrina Spellman, the two of them eating lunch with their friends on the school staircase.

"Harvey, right?" She asked, the group looking up at her with wide eyes. "I'm Daph-"

"Daphne Blake...Mystery Inc., everyone knows who you are." He quickly replied, stumbling over his words.

"What Harvey means is you're well known!" Sabrina said, trying to recover for him quickly.

"Don't worry, I come in peace!" Daphne said, pulling out the manila envelope with his name written in her bold, loopy handwriting. "I heard you're quite the artist, the Raven's Nest could use you! We need a comic strip columnist and if you're up for it, we'd love to have you!"

He grabbed the envelope, smiling at her. "Really? That- Um, That'd be really cool! Thank you so much!"

"It's my pleasure, we have a desk open if you need a workspace...Now, i'm also here on other business, still not bad," She pulled out a business card, handing it to Susie. "We've heard about the football team being total dicks to you...if you need anything, any of you, we'd be happy to help."

She quietly nodded, smiling from her hiding place behind Rosalind. "Thank you...it means a lot."

"Sure thing! If you guys are up for it, you could all swing by the HQ today after school and we could talk about it," Daphne hesitated before continuing. "Or you could just come hang out...we know some of the other kids are a bit...intimidated by us."

"Sure, that sounds like fun!" Sabrina answered, looking at her friends. "Where's the HQ?"

She grinned, grabbing a notecard she had leftover from her study session."It's my pool house, actually, my parents let me take it over when things got really serious for Mystery Inc." She scribbled the address quickly, handing it over. "Jenkins will show you out back when you get there! See you then!"

Daphne turned around and walked away beaming. Fred had told her it was a bad idea to ask Harvey on account of the growing schoolgirl crush she had developed for the artist, regardless of how much she thought Sabrina Spellman was so good for him...she felt bad for it. But, the fact that Harvey Kinkle was coming to her house, it made her heart skip a beat. It seemed like Scooby could tell, in fact, as he ran ahead of his owner.
