'Ruby!' It was the new receptionist, Anna and Ruby waved back confused.
'Thats Anna, the new receptionist a replacement for the fiasco of last year.' Hitch explained.
'Let's hope she doesn't turn out an evil psychopath, shall we?' Hitch just rolled his eyes, Ruby hadn't changed one bit since he last met her.
'Now, you sit here.' Hitch pointed at a seat in LB's private waiting room, 'and don't move an inch. Sit on your hands if you have to while I come back. If LB catches you...' he made a suffocating noise.
'I guess she isn't in a very good mood today?'
'Listen for yourself.' Just then an angry shout came out of the room ahead.
Ruby shuddered. 'She is NOT in a good mood.'
'Is she ever? It's a Monday.'
'That reminds me! I going to the diner with Clancy and Del at 5.'
'I don't think so, kid.'
'Why? Why is nothing possible?' Moaned Ruby.
'Ruby Redfort please go the White room' announced the speaker.
'They still haven't changed the speaker person. Can't imagine what sort THEY could be?' muttered Ruby. She got off her seat and trudged her way to LB's room.
She was going to get a few screams and maybe yell as a cherry on the top. Who could say? This was one long day, and she was NOT looking forward to it.
