Chapter 1

Hello! Erica here! This is my second story lol... So just before I get started, I wanna say that I am not copying any story. I have no idea if this idea is like another story but I came up with this in a road trip lol... I haven't read any fanfics with locker in the name so idk if it'll sound like one of the stories.... So yah... Lol! Enjoy xx

Crowded. That is all this school is.

I mean seriously, I don't think a regular school schedule should contain pushing and shoving by other people and then knocking all of the books out of your hands. What this school really needs is an expansion. To top it all off with rest of the drama that happens when you have to switch from period to period, I have the worse locker in the whole school.

Locker 3 oh 5.

This piece of junk is horrible. The lock is either jammed or the dial won't even move, the door swings open so fast it'll hit the person next to you in the face, and it's at the very end of the hallway where the light flickers on and off. I've asked Mrs. Loam to switch to another locker but she said no. I mean, has she ever experienced the high school life like mine? Well apparently not like mine because I have to deal with this piece of metal screwed into the wall! Ugh...

At least there's an upside to this school, my best friends are here. Makenna and Christina are the most funny and lovable people that you'll ever meet. We've been through everything together, literally everything. There's also another important person here, Brent. He has the sweetest personality, best smile and the most amazing laugh. The only thing is, I haven't told him I like him and I'm not sure I'm ready to tell him, I'm also pretty sure he has his eye out for Reece Olivers, the most gorgeous girl in the whole grade. If looks could kill, most of the boys would be dead.

"Hey Kadence, over here!" Makenna calls out to me as I enter the school. She motions me over to sit down at the table.

"Hi Makenna!" I say as I take out my binder; reviewing my schedule of the day.

"So what's up?"

"Nothing, I think we're getting a new student sometime though." she says.

"Seriously, doesn't Loam know that this schools capacity is already full? How'd you find out anyway?"

"Aww you know, me being the secretary's assistant does have it's perks of knowing stuff." Makenna smirks.

Out of the corner of my eye I can see Christina walking over.

"Hi guys!" she says as she pulls her hair over her shoulder.

"Hey!" Makenna and I say in unison.

"Ready for another stressful day of school?" she huffs.

"Nope, but I can take a challenge." I say right when the first bell rings.
