I Choose You - Alicia

Alicia arrived home excited for a night out, but there was a big obstacle ahead of her trying to get her mother's approval on going to a party. After thinking for a few moments she thought of the perfect plan;

*Grabs phone and dials Shay*

Alicia: SHAY! I need your help and don't fucking let me down with this... haha i love you but seriously don't let me down

Shay: What is going on? Is this something to do with Patrick and you earlier? Yeah i saw... and you didn't tell me

Alicia: I called you now didn't i?? Anyway Patrick invited me to a party tonight but i need you to cover for me if my mom calls you, I'm going to say you're going with me since she trusts you. Now can you do this for me?

Shay: I don't know...i don't think i can lie to your mom like

*Alicia interrupts*

Alicia: You don't fucking know? How many times have i covered for you? Wow thanks boo for having my back. I gotta go I'll see you Monday

*hangs up* "What a fucking bitch! FUCK FUCK!" Alicia yells

After her phone call with Shay, Alicia was extremely pissed worrying what she was going to do now so she just thought she'd go downstairs and talk to her mom and be honest openly telling her that she was invited to a party. Of course major anxiety was setting in as Alicia's mom is extremely strict when it comes to her social life or around guys.

"Mom... can we talk? I need to ask you something" Alicia said

"What do you want want to talk about sweetie?" Alicia's mom replied

"Well... there is this party my friend Patrick from school invited me and it's tonight! So i was wondering if i can go?" Alicia said

"Alicia....a party? what if there is alcohol and drugs i can't let you go i just don't trust your generation" Alicia's mom replied

"Please mom i promise there won't be alcohol or drugs! Patrick isn't that kind of guy he's really nice and sweet. You can meet him since he's the one who would be picking me up" Alicia pleaded

"ALRIGHT! If i meet Patrick you can go but don't lose my trust Alicia i mean it" Alicia's mom said

Alicia was so excited that she was able to get her mom to approve of her going to the party tonight now it was time for Alicia to figure out what she was going to wear. But first she text Patrick asking when he picked her up that her mom wanted to meet him, Patrick seemed a bit thrown back by the idea but agreed he would do so. Alicia picked out the perfect outfit jeans, cowboy boots, plaid shirt with a white tank top.

"Momma is ready for you pattyboo *smiles*" Alicia said to herself looking in the mirror

It was almost time Patrick arrived to pick Alicia up and all the nerves were setting in for Alicia wondering what if her mom scares him away or makes Patrick not like her or want to talk to her anymore, suddenly...the door bell rings Alicia runs downstairs to get to the door before her mom "ILL GET IT!" Alicia yells, but before Alicia could get to the door her mom already was greeting Patrick. From the distance Alicia could see Patrick and was love struck as she thought to herself "he is hot as balls oh lord!"

Ironically before Alicia left with Patrick; Alicia's mom didn't question her whatsoever not even putting a time frame for her to be home! It seems Alicia's mom is putting her full trust into Alicia to make the decisions this time around since she is growing up. The drive to the party was awkwardly silent between Patrick and Alicia, both were extremely shy towards one another.

"So...where is this party at?" Alicia asks

"It's actually at my house haha i just have a few friends over listenin' to some country music just havin' a good time, i just didn't say that before because i didn't know if you would be nervous." Patrick replies
