(Chapter 8)

(Allena's P.O.V)

We all headed out of the building after everyone had "suited up" as the called it, (Midgardians have such weird sayings), following the man with the eyepatch,who I actually haven't found out his name yet, out to a landing platform where there were two small crafts waiting for us.

"Um excuse me." I said walking away from Ellah and Serena and walking up to the man and tapping him on the shoulder,as my dress flowed around my legs from the wind that was blowing around us as we were far up in the air.

"Yes?" he said turning around and looking at me with his one eye that was not covered with an eyepatch.

"I was just wondering if you would be able to tell me your name as I didn't catch it earlier." I said nervously.

"Oh of course lady Allena, I am Nick Fury, but you can call me Director Fury." He said turning forward again and walked towards the first craft.

"Ok that's an interesting name, and please just call me Allena." I said trying to keep up with him and he turned around and nodded at me to show he heard me.

"Ok listen up everyone we are all going to split up to look for Loki so first of all Stark, I want you flying ahead and searching for anything suspicious, Captain Rogers and Agent Romanov you are coming with me and Lady Allena. Dr. Banner,and Agent Barton you will be going with Lady Ellah and Lady Serena. Is that clear?' Director Fury said.

Everyone nodded as Fury turned and walked into the first jet.

"Ok everyone move out!" Captain Rogers ordered as he too followed Fury into the jet with Agent Romanov not far behind.

I just kinda stood there confused and not completely sure what to do as I watched Ellah and Serena walk into the other jet. Suddenly I felt a hand on my shoulder and I turned around to see the famous Captain Rogers standing behind me. I caught myself staring and immediately looked down and started blushing.

Captain Rogers chuckled. "You might want to head this way ma'am, we wouldn't want you left behind now would we?" he said while leading me towards the jet.

"Oh Yes! Of course! How silly of me I completely forgot!" I said following him into the jet and laughing nervously, how is this Midgardian doing these things to me? My hands are sweating and my stomach is 'full of butterflies' as people of Midgard say. It is most unusual, I shall have to be more careful, wouldn't want anyone finding out about this.

After we had all settled into the jet we took off. The jet was quite big with two benches in the back on opposite walls and two chairs up front for the pilot and co-pilot. I was sitting right across from Captain Rogers and as I looked up I found that he was staring right at me, I immediately blushed and looked down trying to hide my face in my long curly hair.

Agent Romanov just turned around and smirked at us then flipped her red hair and looked away obviously amused. I peeked out through my hair at Captain Rogers again and what do you know! He was still looking at me!

"Umm do I have something on my face or anything?" I asked looking at him intently.

"Uh? Oh!" he said snapping out of it looking a little embarrassed,"no of course not, I apologize ma'am I did not mean to be rude it's just that your so...beautiful"

I chuckled softly and blushed again, "Why thank you Captain, but please, call me Allena."

"Yes of course ma'a-Allena, that is a beautiful name, and please just call me Steve." he said smiling at me
