Chapter 4

[Chapter 4]

(Allenas P.O.V)

When we finally reached Midgard, we found ourselves is a large room with four men and one woman who were all staring at us.

"Who are you, and why are you here??" said the woman with short, red hair as she jumped up and eyed us suspiciously

"Calm down,Natasha, just let them speak, I'm sure they'll explain why they're here." said a man that had short, dirty blonde hair and a bow and quiver strapped to his back.

"Fine,Clint, but you know what happened last time someone randomly came out of no where" Natasha said to the man now known as Clint.

"I know,Tasha,but maybe they won't be like him, just give them a chance."

"Thank you, well to begin with, I am Allena of Asgard and these are my friends Ellah,and Serena. Odin sent us here because we...uh...kinda let Loki out and we think that he might have..kidnapped our friend Athena." I said nervously.

"You let Loki out?!" a man with brown curly hair and brown eyes exclaimed "are you crazy!"

"Well,no but thinking about it now we think that it was kinda stupid of us to trust Loki enough to let him out" I said cautiously.

"Kinda stupid?! It was completely stupid to even think about letting him out! His brains like a bag full of crazy cats, you can smell crazy on him!" the man stated angrily as everyone else seemed to look a little nervous.

"Bruce calm down, they know what they did was wrong so it's ok now, we'll help them find Loki." Natasha said standing up and looking at the man now known as Bruce.

"Ok then," I said as Bruce reluctantly sat down. "Thank you for agreeing to help us, even if it is Loki."

"It's fine, it's really to help you anyways not Loki, as some of us still have a grudge against him" Natasha said looking at Clint."oh and while we're at it, I'll introduce you to

everyone."

"Ok!" Serena said smiling.

"Well you've already met Clint Barton who is also known as Hawkeye and Bruce Banner who is also known as the Hulk, and I am Natasha Romanov also known as the Black Widow."

Oh so that's why they were all nervous when he started getting mad I thought

"Ok" Ellah said

"And this is Steve Rogers also known as Captain America, Natasha said pointing to an attractive well built man with blonde hair and blue eyes.

"Nice to meet you ladies." He said as he came up to each of us and kissed our hands, lingering for a second longer on my hand when he got to me.

"And finally this is Tony Stark, genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist, and also known as Iron Man."

"Magnificent, this is truly an honour to finally meet the heros of Midgard that Thor has told us so much about." I said excitedly looking around the room at everyone.

"Thank you," Natasha said smiling

"I have to say it is also a great honour to meet you as well."

"Why thank you, you are very kind."

"You are welcome, now do you have any idea of where Loki could've gone?" She asked

"To be honest, I am not sure where he could have gone but, the Allfather told us that maybe he might be down on Midgard again so he mentioned that we should look around while we are here." Serena said

"Hmm well maybe we should search around for him in New York, that is where he attacked last time." Steve said as he thought about it.

"Right, good idea Capsicle, lets head down there." Tony said looking at Steve.

"All right Avengers Assemble!"

(Athena's P.O.V)

As I stared horrifiedly at Loki, I wondered if I would ever be able to get out if this and why it just happened to be me, that got kidnapped my this crazy maniac.

"Well darling, it is quite simple, you just happened to be the first maiden I saw by herself and you also happened to be in my favourite spot in the palace." Loki stated impatiently,"So naturally I decided that you were different, and on the other hand I am not an "crazy maniac" I am a god, that seeks revenge for what has been taken from me."

"Wait, how did you know what I was thinking?" I asked confused

"Well obviously you don't know much about me as I am able to use magic, and read minds so that is how I was able to read yours.Your petty thoughts will not be kept from me, as well as I also know that if no one bothers to come to try and find you, I might have to change my plan of not harming you." Loki said grinning savagely

"Oh, right." I said as I looked away and started to shake as he was starting to frighten me.

"Oh my, have I frightened you?" Loki asked sarcastically

I kept looking the other way avoiding eye contact as tears began to build up in my eyes.

"Look at me," he said softly as he put his hand under my chin and turned my head to face him as the tears spilled from my eyes.

He slowly started to wipe away the tears that were streaking down my face as I looked into his eyes and realized that there was a slight bit of sadness in them.

"I am sorry my dear for having frightened you, it was unnecessary." He said and for a second i thought i saw a look of regret and pity flash across his face but it was gone as soon as it had appeared. "After all, I cannot fright my little victim too much can I?"

~TADA chapter 4!! sorry it took so long, I had a bit of writers block and I didn't get time to work on my story, but now I do so yay!! So what did u think of that bit between Athena and Loki? Do u think Lokis slowly softening up to Athena? Hmm I guess we'll just have to find out now won't we?~
