THE NIGHT came. Everyone is exhausted but still explores the Maldives. Walang mapapagod pag Maldives ang inaapakan mo. Even I prefer to be in this place or just even standing on its view. I don't know but this place really brought me satisfaction.

"Eris, you ready?" Direk Marcus asked behind me.

I whirl around. "Yes, Direk."

This night Direk promised na dadalhin niya ko sa pinakamagandang parte ng islang to. Since wala naman akong gagawin ngayon kasi nagsi date ang mga bruha kaya ito, no choice kundi sumama kay Direk.

Direk and I started walking towards the other side of the island when Paminta suddenly appeared.

"Marcus, we're going to dinner tonight right?" Pepper asked while looking at me up and down. And like asking me through her eyes, 'Where are you going, bitch?'.

I get what you said you brute but I won't leave you two alone. I smiled. "You can come, Ms. Pepper."

"But this is between Marcus and I."

"No, I already promised to Eris that I will take her to dinner tonight. So she'll stay." Direk said.

I smiled in triumpht. Nung nakita kong nakatingin sakin si Direk agad kong binawi ang ngiti ko at nagkunwaring malungkot.

"But-"

"You can come or if you want we can have dinner tomo-"

I interrupted Direk Marcus. "No! I mean, no, Direk you have a very, very, very tight scheduled tomorrow. So, no, you can't have dinner tomorrow night."

"Fine." Pepper sighed at nauna nang maglakad.

Direk Marcus grinned at me and muttered. "You're good at this. Keep it up."

I silently cursed myself. Taina anong ginagawa mo, Christine Eris?! Nababaliw ka na ba?! Ano nalang iisipin ng Direktor na yun ngayon ha? Na may gusto ka na sakanya?!

We arrived at the open-view restaurant with a buffet on the front of the ocean and the tables were positioned far from each other just a few inch away from the ocean. I guess they put it that way para may privacy ang mga taong nandito. The chairs, no the pillows they put as a chair and the lights were dimmed to bought a romantic aura on the place.

And I can see Riri, George and Paisley and Enrique having dinner on their own on the far corner of this beach.

Mga hinayupak kayo.

"This is nice." I commented.

"Yeah, we build this so that the tourist will really enjoy the scenario and feel that they are really on the vacation of their own. A feels that no one can interfere with them." Pepper said. She gave me a knowing look while saying the last sentence.

I shrugged it off. Mamaya ka sakin.

"What do you want? I'll go and get it on the buffet." Direk Marcus asked.

"I'll have anything that is served." I answered.

Direk Marcus chuckled. "Not you, I'm asking Pepper."

Anak ng boogie. Natunaw ngiti ko dun at nawala ang magandang awra ng lugar! Bwisit ka, Marcus! Bwisit!

Paminta smirked. "I'll have the salad and don't put anything pepper on my plate. I'm allergic."

"Noted. Eris, come with me." Direk Marcus said while motioning me to follow.

I glared at his back but complied. "If I would have known na magiging third wheel din ako dito sana sa mga bruha nalang ako sumama."
