Scared that's what she is

Hurt is how she feels

Nervous of what's to come

Knowing what must be done

Beating herself up too much

Looking for someone to be a crutch

Searching is what's she doing

Hoping but some how forgetting

Denying and fighting every single tear

Wishing that someone would come near

'Don't feel it, ignore it' she tells herself

'You're stronger than this, you've been through hell'

'No no no, I'm scared' she says, denying all strength she ever had

But then a voice from the light, interrupts her self disposal

He takes her hand and kisses her scars

Switching her death wish for a joy proposal

Bringing her happiness & light untold

Picking her up, igniting her soul

But do they know how much they've helped?

No, they have their own little hell

One they lock up themselves safe, helping out others but staying in place

Pushing me forward but staying behind

Acting as if I don't know they cry

'Come with me' I say as I reach out for your hand

'No, I'm scared' you say, pushing away anyone that says you can

Anyone that says you can, be happy if you try

Please don't give up, please be stronger than I

I'll help you through I promise, and this one I shall keep
