"So do you take out every bartender?", I asked him sitting awkwardly beside him in the back of the range rover. His body guards were in the front.
"Mmm,", He expressed. "No, only the ones with a bad attitude."
"Can't even argue.", I said taking my phone out and opening up my messages.
No messages from Bruno. No messages from back home either.
"Waiting on your boyfriend's message?", Carlo asked leaning over and looking at my phone.
"Yeah, he hasn't texted me all day.", I said sarcastically. "I am so devasted."
"Oh.", Carlo simply said. "I'm sure he will text you soon."
"Idiot, I'm joking.", I said smiling at him and putting my phone away.
He smirked at me.
I looked out the window, the street lights shining. The restaurants, with their open signs. Flashing and bright. It was like a little blur, sometimes I imagine standing in the middle of the street. The cars going through me, I stand there in the middle of the road. All the lights shining. The beautiful night just illuminated.
I was interrupted from my thoughts when I saw a flash from the corner of my eyes.
"What the hell Carlo?", I remarked at him. I unbuckled my seat belt and went over to him to grab his phone. I was way too slow because he hid it away by his hip, where the door was. "Erase it!"
"No!", He said laughing at me.
"Erase it! I don't want your fans to be all clingy and shit.", I said and looked at his eyes.
I didn't even notice how close I was to him. We where literally touching, my hip and his hip where touching. My face was about five inches away from his. Maybe I could take his mask off. I leaned into him, putting my hands on his cheeks. I did that thing with my eyes, where I looked straight at his. I bit my lip and leaned in even more, my hands were close to his mask. But I felt someone grab my hands.
Carlo had grabbed my hands, smirking. Putting my hands on my lap. He put his mouth close to my ear and said, "Nice try but not going to happen." he backed away from me and let go of my hands.
"You are such a joke.", I told him and smiled at him going back to my spot in the car.
"And you are a tease.", Carlo said taking his phone out again. "Dajuan texted me saying that they are already there."
"Alright, let me prepare myself.", I said grabbing my mirror out of my bag and fixing my shitty ass hair. It was all over the place now because of the concert.
"Should I go get your personal stylist or...?", Carlo said laughing at his own joke.
"That was a horrible joke, please don't ever consider being a comedian if this rapper doesn't work out for you.", I said smirking at him.
"Please don't consider being a counsuler if bar-tending doesn't work out for you. You give horrible advice.", Carlo said giving me a teethy smile.
"Carlo sind wir hier.", the body guard said to him.
"What did he say?", I asked Carlo.
"He said he wants your number.", Carlo said with a straight face.
"Um, nein?", I said with the most american accent.
"I'm kidding, ew. He said we are here.", Carlo said laughing and opening the door.
"Lord help me.", I said under my breath.
I got out of the car and Carlo was waiting for me outside the truck. He got out a cigarate and lit it up.
