I haven't spoken to any of them since that day. It has been about three weeks, it has been silent. Bruno and his girlfriend got back together. He has been at home less time and I'm just here alone.

I kept getting text messages from Dajuan telling me if I was okay. Instead of not texting him, I texted him yes but that I am just really busy. I knew if I ignored him he would just come knocking on my door.

I couldn't help but feel used. I know I wanted it too but I thought after that there was no going back. He showed me his face. I thought that was showing me something more than just a face. That maybe he would tell me more about anything, I wouldn't even care.

Enough of that bullshit. Today was the day I had an interview for a secretary position in a Law firm. I was changing into something professional. Not some skanky shit that I had to wear at the Club. I wore a short creamy shirt and a flowy black skirt. I tucked in the shirt inside the skirt and put on some ankle boots, that had a heels on them.

I called a taxi, told him to wait outside until I was done. I'm just going to go in there and smash it. Like the English say it.

I told the front desk my name and they immediately took me to an office. No one was in there when I sat down in the chair. About two minutes passed and finally a man came in. He was blonde, very tall, green eyes. He had this presence that made you want to sit up straight and not move unless instructed. A little sex appeal.

"Hello.", He says. "Clara?"

"Yes sir.", I answered back.

"I am going to make this quick and simple. I just want a secretary who will book my appointments and remind me of them. Make copies and such. Understand?", He said with his piercing green eyes. I shook my head.

"Yes sir. I understand that. I brought my portfolio with me.", I said handing it to him.

"I won't really need it.", He said setting it down on the other side of the desk. "I need a Secretary now, my last one quit yesterday and everything is getting messy.", He said sitting back in his chair. "When can you start?"

I looked at him shocked. Who even does this?

"Tomorrow, if you want.", I said quickly. No fucking way I was going to pass up this job.

"Alright tomorrow. Dress code is simple, no short dresses. Strictly professional.", He said, he was about to say something else when the phone rang.

"Yah. Yah, yah, eh, nein. Ich bin auf sie Sir.", He said and hung up. "That was my boss, now, right. I'll have my assistant to email you all the rules.", he said standing. "I have to go now, big meeting.", he said walking out of the door.

What the fuck? Like that? Just like that? I'm not complaining but it seems like a dream. I can finally quit my crappy bartending job.

I won't see any of them ever again. That makes me happiest person ever. Won't deal with fisher man and his ridiculous hat. With Markus and his nosy ass. Last but not least, I won't ever see that bamboo eating shit face, Cro.

I made my way to the door, walking out of there like I owned the damn law firm. I went into to Taxi and told him to drive me back home. I paid him when we got there, I can't believe I got the damn job.

When I went into the Flat I noticed that Bruno was finally home. Honest to god a miracle. I went to his room, knocking on his open door.

"So did she grant you the permission to be leave the nest.", I said leaning on the door. He knew I was there by the way he stiffened up.

He finally turned around, closing his laptop and giving me a whatever face.

"No, we broke up. This time, its official.", He said grabbing his phone out of his pocket. "She texted me telling me, 'I think it is best we stay friends. At first we where okay, but now it is a mess. I don't want to deal with this. Goodbye.', Its not that it bugs me that we broke up. Its that she didn't tell me face to face.", Bruno said sighing.
