it's been eight years since tiny and i ever saw each other, and he was starting to become more of a distant memory than a close friend. i could barely remember tiny's face anymore and his squeaky voice telling me to play tag with no longer echoed in my head every morning.

perhaps it's for this one boy at my new high school.

jisung park.

he's very tall, and he always dyes his hair.

it's been black, red, and brown, and it's now blonde. but the craziest color he had, was blue.

he also looks very unapproachable, but the truth is that he just keeps to himself unless someone talks to him.

we sit together for biology class, and we both hate it. instead, we always pass notes to each other while the teacher rambled on and hit her little pointer on the board every ten seconds.

i remember the first conversation we had together: it was on a green post it and it was about ethnicity.

nice hair! the blue really suits you...

i actually hate it...my brother dared me to do it lol, but thank you! i may just like the color more now ^-^

why do you hate it? :(

because i thought people would make fun of me lmao :'(

did anyone do it yet?
i'll fight them.

no one. but you're the only one that's said anything about it haha

oh lol :') well lmk when someone does! i'll steal ms. chou's pointer stick and beat them up with it lolll

that pointer is not gonna hurt.

i mean, my parents told me it was painful when they used to go to school

yikes...where are your parents from?

bangladesh :< you might not know it.

isn't that somewhere near india?

yes but it's its own country

but don't worry about them lol
you'll graduate and they won't.

i applaud you tbh !
you learned english regardless and i can tell you've gotten a lot better in these last 8 years

nine years. i'm actually 15.
also, not really, i can only spell the easy words.
how do you spell that one part of the cell??? the one that sounds like vaccuum?

ah, right! you got held back...
ps: i think you mean "vacuole." and vacuum only had one "c" :)

ps: SHUT THE FUCK UP OMGGG

ps: LET ME LIVE ;((

WHY IS THERE AN "H" IN IT?

because H knows it's irrelevant and wants to be part of the fun :<
leave it alone, you meanie!

you know who's also irrelevant?
letter Q.

ever since, we would have random conversations about anything and everything—the best part is that we never got tired of it all.

maybe we could be best friends forever.

you know, if he doesn't just stop coming to school all of a sudden.
