Scarlett is a hybrid since her father was a werewolf and jungkook bit her when they all kidnapped her.
Jin isn't Scarlett's uncle, he is approximately 207 years old, yet Scarlett doesn't know. He was from a different family but his father happened to fall in love with Rose's mother.
Rose and Jin both loved both their parents and adapted a love for red roses from their father.
Jin began to fall in love with Rose since they weren't really the same blood, Rose didn't know about Jin's love and married the king of Vermont.
Later she had a baby and Jin was called in to help Rose from dying by using his vampire skills.
Since Rose wasn't a natural she got taken away, Jin stayed in the kingdom in search for Rose and met with Scarlett whom had everything exactly like her mother.
He does love Scarlett..
