She ran towards the location of the room and opened its drawers ruthlessly, searching for something that belonged to the name of Jacob Vermont.

At the very edge of the room a white furry journal stood out while Scarlett picked it up some dust fell down along with a spider.
Scarlett knew nothing about her parents, only that her father mentioned Rose's death and that he abandoned Scarlett some years later.
"What is this? "
She asked herself before opening the journal to reveal its rust old pages.
It seemed to be exactly what she was looking for.
A diary...

She began to read the journal, feeling all the love her father felt for Rose.... But there was one difference.. A huge peculiar difference.. Tuesday Nov 4 th

All thoughts hit her at the same time making her stumble as the book dropped to the floor.
