I'm in the house of "The Bi Life" set for the 4th time to film a new episode. Luckily Shane (Courtney Act) let's us go home when we aren't filming because I don't think I could be away from my family for very long, they mean the world to me. They've done nothing but show me love and acceptance since I came out as bisexual 3 years ago.

When I told them I was going to be on the new TV show which brought bisexual dating more into the spotlight, they were excited and happy for me but I knew my mum would be a bit lonely if I didn't come home at least once a week. You may be thinking, why would your mum be bothered if you came home once a week or not? Well that's because me and my mum are very close. When I lived with her, it didn't even feel like I was living with my mum, but my best friend. We agreed to always still see eachother at least once a week when I moved out, be it to talk over a coffee, go shopping or just have a chill day watching movies etc.

I'm in the outdoor pool area, on the loungers and talking with Leonnie and Irene about who we'd like to date next since Leonnie has been on a couple of dates already and none have really worked out for her yet. "I kind of want to go on a date with an American girl" I say to them to which they both smile and nod at. "I think I'd like to go on a date with a guy next" Irene says, laying down on the lounger to start sun bathing.

"Hello hello hello" I hear Shane's thick Australian accent call out from the house. He gets a chorus of hellos from everyone in the cast and I wuickly look in his hand to see what we now call the "date-pad" since he only carries it when he's going to get someone to choose a date. He walks over in my direction and sits down on the free part of the lounger. "Okay so since you haven't been on a date in a while, I've set you up on a blind date and the rest of the cast will be watching it on the screen in the outdoor lounge" he explains to me. A big smile spreads across my face at the news of going on a blind date. I always find them exciting and a lot more of a surprise than when I know about who I'm going on a date with.

"Well, you girls need to help her get ready for the date! Off you go, the cab will be here in an hour to drive you there" he says to us excitedly before getting up and walking away. "Lets go girls!" I exclaim with happiness before getting up and jumping on the spot in excitement. The girls get up and we all walk into the house, arms linked.

*an hour later*

I'm currently in the taxi to go to my blind date and as I approach the destination of my date, I feel all the nervous knots in my stomach tighten. I take deep breaths and try and keep myself calm.

Once I arrive at the venue, I notice I'm at the beach and should probably wait inside of the small cafe for my date to arrive, if they're not here already. I walk into the small beach cafe and explain to the person behind the till that I'm here for a date and to see if they had turned up yet, to which he points me in the direction of a beautiful woman sat in a booth with a cup of tea in front of her and her phone in her hand.

I order a coffee and start to walk over to the table where she is sat, attempting to calm my nerves in the short journey. I reach the table and she looks up at me immediately and smiles before sliding out of the booth to introduce herself. "Hey, you're here for a date right? I'm Demi" she asks sweetly and smiles. I just smile back at her and nod since she knows who I am. I mentally thank Shane for telling her about me, she's exactly what I told the girls I wanted in my next date. A woman with a strong American accent.

We both slide back into the booth and the waiter brings my coffee over. I thank him for the coffee, then he smiles and goes back to the till. "So, you're American huh?" I say nervously, trying my best to look at her beautiful face. She giggles then replies "Yeah, I'm originally from Texas but now I live in Cali and it's awesome!" She then picks up her cup and takes a small drink of her tea. "So, what about you? Where are you from?" she asks politely. I pick up my cup while she asks it and drink some of the coffee, it tasted delicious. "I'm from a little village in the north of England which is pretty much in the middle of nowhere but hey, it's home to me" I reply with a smile, thinking about my life back home.

*skip through the date*

"So, I guess this is the end of our first date!" she sighs with a happy tome to her voice. She holds the door open for me to go out of which I really appreciate her doing. "Yeah, I had a really nice time! Thank you so much Demi" I say back, a smile forcing it's way onto my face. I feel her hand grab mine and her fingers slip between mine, the butterflies erupt in me as soon as I feel her touch. "You're welcome beautiful girl" she responds, causing a blush to form on my cheeks, luckily she's not looking at me.

We hold hands as we walk away from the cafe and towards my taxi. Once we reach my taxi, I turn to face her and look at her in the eyes. "So, I guess this is me" I say sadly, wanting to spend more time with her. "Yeah, I guess so! Do you mind if I kiss you before you go?" She asks and I can tell she was nervous to ask if she could kiss me.

I smile at her and gently place my hands on either side of hee face before starting to lean in to kiss her. She protectively wraps her arms around my waist and connects our lips in a soft yet passionate kiss. She pulls away after about 10 seconds and both of us smile, I connect our lips again in small pecks, wanting the moment to never end. "Make sure you get back safe okay? I'll see you later beautiful" she whispers to me after pulling me into a cuddle which I happily accept. "You too Demi, get back to your hotel safe. See you later" I say before I smile at her and climb into the taxi to go back to the house.

AN// I'm obsessed with the new series on E! called The Bi Life and of course I'm obsessed Demi so of course I'm of course gonna combine them! I really enjoyed writing this too 🙈 Also, Demi is finally out of rehab and is happy again, she's such an angel 😭 stay strong my little stars 💛
