Two : Start of something new

Suho looks at his phone with trembling fingers, he has been receiving some text from an unknown number, asking him how he is, telling him to take care, sending love quotes and sayings. It has been going on for years, he has a hunch on who the sender is but he never has the courage to ask or to reply.

"Yifan...is that you? Will you come back now..."

Suho went into a very uneasy sleep that night, waking up in the morning disgruntled and confused. He started to prepare the breakfast when Xiumin walks in.

"Hey..Good morning. Need any help?" Xiumin asked him while Suho shakes his head.

"Nah, you sit right there Minnie ah..have some coffee and wait for these pancakes."

"Are you scared?" Xiumin asked as he pour himself some coffee.

"A little, I don't know what those people will do to us, will it hurt, what are the modifications that they are going to do..."

"It won't hurt Suho, I read that pamphlet that the government is spreading around, we will be put into a sleep for 7days, we will never feel the pain of being cut opened." Xiumin laugh as Suho grimaced.

"Worried about scars? Don't worry, they will laser the scar off, our owners will never see any scars on our freaking body." Xiumin sassily said as he sips on his coffee.

"Are you...you're okay with all of these?" Suho wonders as he puts some of the pancakes in the plate for Xiumin.

"Me? Of course not..who will want to be on our shoes but since here we are and we can't do anything about it, we just have to accept things the way they are now."

"You're... You're right hyung." Suho finished preparing, sat down in front of his hyung and looks down on his phone.

"Waiting for someone to call?"

"Uhm..no. There's just,...theres a person who keeps on texting me for years, eventhough I never answers back. And he texted something last night that makes me think of...him." Suho whispers as Xiumin nooded in understanding, everyone of them knew what happened back then when Exo has been a twelve member group.

"Only way to find out...ask him who he is."

"I can't..I don't want to know.."

"Or maybe you just wanted to continue thinking that it's Yif..,"

"Don't say his name..let's just.,change the topic now Minnie ah. I don't want to feel things today." Xiumin nod his head and smile in understanding, thankful that some of their other band mates are awake and entering the kitchen looking for food.

"Pancakes! Thanks Suho."

Their manager arrived by lunch and they all surround the man wanting some unknown miracle that will never happen.

"Prepare your clothes and other necessity, your confinement will start by tomorrow, the sooner we get this done the sooner we will come to a plan to save you guys, Chanyeol filled us in on the plan your group has been planning to do, I hope Kris and Luhan or even Lay will participate on the auction. If worst comes to worst, we will auction for you guys ourselves but we hope our money will be sufficient,...I'm sorry we had no power to properly protect you guys." Manager nim bow his head in shame but the group pat him on the back saying they understand.

"I bet we will be sold at a higher price than the rest just because we're idols." Chen murmurs in fear.

Suho looks around, trying to be strong for his group.
