Risa's POV

I woke up eary in the morning. Really early. It is like what? 2 a.m. in the morning. I looked to my left and saw Troy sleeping soundly.

'Poor guy. He must have been through a lot in his life.' I thought to myself.

I got up and attend to my daily routine which was have a 1 hour run around the place while gathering information then make breakfast.

'After this I need to read more about vampires a d witches.' I thought.

After exactly 2 hours I was done eating and preparing food for Troy. I went upstairs to call him but when I heard some footsteps inside I just walked straight to the library.

Troy's POV

I woke up to an empty room. I then looked at the clock and it read: 4:00 a.m. I sighed.

'She's probably waiting downstairs for me to cook for her. Knowing she's a princess, she wouldn't want her hands dirty.' I thought.

I then went down and was surprised to see food already on the table.

'I guess I really did misjudge her... no. It is still too early to know.' I thought.

I took a seat and tried the food. It Was Fucking Delicious! I finished eating everything and took a shower. After cleaning and dressing up. I walked to the library to get a book but as I was passing by. I noticed that no one is around.

'Did she live alone?' I thought. The place feels silent and eerie. It almost made me felt sympathy for her. Soon I was.

"What is wrong with me?" I mumbled to myself.

I then walked in the library to find Risa sitting there reading a book.

'This is not how a teenage girl should act like." I thought aloud.

"Well.. this teenage girl is not anti-social but just busy." Risa said with a sas in the end.

"D-did I said that a-aloud!?" I stammered in surprise and kinda in fear.

Who can blame me? My last owner really did a number on me. That day I learned to keep my thoughts to myself.

"Chillax.. I won't do any harm. Trust me." She said in a cool kid kind of way.

"Heh, trust huh? Suure~ I'll trust you..~" I said sarcastically.

She the closed her book and stared straight at me with serious eyes.

"I really meant that. I ne- no I want you to trust me." She said all too sincere.

I scowled knowing that she is just tricking me. Why would anyone think that? This was all too far fetched. No matter what she throws, I will never take the bait.

"Don't fuck with me! Just show me your true colors! You are not fooling anyone with your act." I said spitting venom in every word.

She quickly got up from her chair and slammed her hand on the table. The loud sound made me cringed in fear. I closed my eyes awaiting the punishment I will be given. I waited but nothing was happening. I opened my eyes and heard the door slammed.

'Where is she..?' I thought but that was actually stupid since I know that she left.

I wanted to believe that she was just tricking me but somehow I knew deep down that she was all too sincere.

'I feel like a jerk somehow..' I laughed at my own thought.

"Why?.." I said aloud but I don't know both the answer and question..

I feel so dumb like a fool.

"What is wrong with me?" I questioned.

This is going to a long day.

Risa's POV

I slammed the door and walked away as a single tear fell from my cheek. I wanted so badly to slap him but I know better. It won't change anything.

'I shouldn't cry for such little things but it hurts when someone says that about you.' I thought.

'I must be strong, I must not show Saphina that she is winning. I must free the vampires from their slavery and Saphina's plans.' I thought as I composed myself.

A/N: Troy you jerk! Poor Risa.
