The Lost Princess

Coronations and a Slave.

Risa's POV

The next day I got up and wore my dress for the coronation. I went to the ballroom and saw a lot of people causing me to look at them with awe.

"I know introduce you to Princess Risa!" The guy said.

I walked in and everyone gasped and started whispering. As I looked closer at the crowed. I noticed the vampires are wearing collars like an animal. I got angry at this.

"I know pronounce Princess Risa to be the Queen!" The guy said and put the crown on my head.

It was heavy and in my mind I wanted this off. The coronation ended and I went to my real parents.

"I'll miss you guys." I said as I hugged them both.

"Us too." Mom said.

"Risa, I need you to get a slave as your protection since you'll be all by yourself in the house and I don't want you to get hurt." My dad said.

"Honey!" My mom said horrified.

"I know dear. As much as I hate to do it. We have no choice. Besides.. there under our rule now." My dad said making me flinched in anger but I didn't show it.

"Good bye." We said our final goodbyes and we separate ways.

Even if they are my real parents I still can't forget my other parents who raised me. I went to my room and wrote them a letter. I then went to sleep.

The next day I woke up to a beautiful morning but that ended as I remembered that I have to pick a slave.

'The people are brainwashed and the vampires are living in fear.' I thought to myself.

~Flashback~

I was walking around with a stoic expression. I observed everyone. They were horrible to the vampires and their eyes... the color is a shrouded black clearly from Saphina's spell.

~End of Flashback~

I walked to the garage and found an awesome BMW car.

"I love my parents." I mumbled to my self.

I got in this hot ride and thank Jake for giving driving lessons.

I drove to some place where one of the guys I met in the ball suggested to buy some slaves. I cringed with disgust when I heard the word slave.

'Everyone and being have the right to be free.' I thought to myself.

I went to the place and got in. There I saw vampares in raggs and collars around their necks. I kept the stoic expression.

'How horrible.' I thought to myself.

I then saw a boy in a cage. Someone wanted to buy a guy in there with him. When the gate was opened the boy quickly got out.

"Get out of my way!!!!" He screamed.

He was near the exit when someone grabbed him and pin him to a kneeling position. There was another guy who grab a whip and started whipping him.

"Sir! I would like to bye this boy!" I announced. The guy stopped on what he was doing.

"Your magesty!? Why would you want this peasant?" The guy said.

I faked a smile and laughed.

"This boy might give me some entertainment." I said in an evil tone.

The guy with the whip smiled and bowed.

"As you wish.. your magesty." He said creepily.

I bought the boy and and got the key of his collar. When I got him that is when I noticed that the boy has a brown hair. He was shivering for some reason.

"Come with me boy." I said without any emotion.

We drove in silence and soon enough reached the mansion. When we got in he was shaking really hard.

'Is he afraid?' I thought.

I caught a glimpse of his eyes behind his brown bangs. It showed fear.

'He is afraid.' I thought.

My face softened and I put a hand to his face. He looked up with fright and took a step back. He then grit his teeth.

"Why are you doing this too us! We did nothing to you! You monster!" He screamed.

I accepted those words. I took a step forward and the boy shut his eyes waiting for something.

"Hush... it's okay. You don't have to be afraid. I'm not going to hurt you. I promise." I said in my most treasuring voice.

"How do I know this isn't a trick?" He asked.

"You can do what ever you want." I replied.

'It's true though. He really can do whatever a free person can do as long as it's okay with me.' I thought.

"Then let me go free." He said with a smirk.

"Fine by me." I said nonchalantly.

His eyes widened with surprise.

"R-really?.." He asked.

I smiled and nodded.

"The door is open for you." I said.

He turned back and took uneasy steps out. When he was getting near to the door I stopped him.

"Wait!" I stopped him.

He stopped immediately without turning back. I took the key from my pocket as I unlocked his collar. I took in off of him. He turned around with wide eyes.

"A free man does not have a collar around his neck. See ya." I said as I was about to leave.

"What is your name... m-master." He suddenly said out of the blue.

"State yours first plaese." I asked kindly.

"It's... Troy.." He replied seemingly unsure.

"Nice to meet you Troy. I'm Risa and I guess this is goodbye." I said as I walk away to my room.

"Wait! How am I sure this isn't a trick. For all I know there might be gaurds waiting there!" He shouted.

I stopped and looked back with a reassuring smile that says it all.
