Applejack's POV~

The cyan Pegasus's wings were extended and the look on the tomboy's face showed embarrassment with cherry red cheeks to match. She gave a fake laugh, trying to cover what happened.

I returned a mischievous giggle. "Just because ah wasn't that bright at school, dosent mean ah don't know how the pegasus body works."

She raised an eyebrow. "Really? So you know what..."

"AH DON'T!!" The child screamed, wanting to know. I ignored my sister and continued with dash. "Does your wing still hurt."

"What?"

"Does your wing still hurt?" I repeated.

"Oh, yeah a bit." She seemed to be distracted by something.

"WHAT DOES IT MEANNN???!???" Applebloom stomped. "AH know! I'll ask Scootaloo!"

"NO!" Me and Dash replied together immediately.

"No." I said again quietly. I hugged my sister and said. "Grown up stuff, Kay? Go on an' play somewhere else."

"I wanna play with Rainbowdash." I turned to the spectrum maned mare and noticed her wings were folded again. I gave her an 'UptoYou' look.

She breathed out heavily. "Sure kid." A delighted squeal came from the young filly's mouth.

My brother appeared next to me as I watched the pair out in the distance. The wind blew heavily enough that I had to hold my hat to my head.

"Y'know AJ, you and Rainbow are cute together." I couldn't find a reply to his words. How in the hay did he know?

"Is it obvious?" I asked, my eyes still glued to them. "Eeeyup." He nodded. "Besides," He spoke again, "Rainbow's strong and great with kids. And if that's the way you wanna go, then I'm proud of ya." I was still getting used to him speaking fully but my heart warmed at the comment.

"Buh, hang on one apple picking second, great with kids? Big Macintosh what are you getting at?" I looked at him eagerly.

He didn't get to answer before the two ponies came back to us. They were sweaty and puffing from frolicking.

"That was fun!" Applebloom said, satisfied. "Next time I won't go so easy on you." Rainbow replied cooly.

"Hey big Mac." Dash noticed the handsome stallion standing next to me. "Is it okay if I stay over tonight?" I watched my brothers face for a response. "Eeyup." He agreed.

"Wow! Can Dash sleep in my room?" Applebloom begged. I gave her a glare that wasn't supposed to be that harsh. The colt pulled my sis to the side and whispered something in her ear. She started giggling, quickly after, she skipped away.

"Your welcome." Big Mac smiled. I exchanged confused glances with Dash. "Dinner would be ready soon, So AJ show Miss Dash to her bed, would ya?" He shifted a piece of straw in his mouth.

I bit my lip nervously. "Buh I only have one bed." I whispershouted to him. "Eeyup." I was getting annoyed with his one worded replys.

I dragged dash into the barn. When we got to my room she sat on the bed. I took my hat off and hung it on a rack. "Your sister can run really fast, yknow that?" Rainbow asked. "Actually no, ah don't get to see her run that often."

"Wait, you don't have a double bed?" Dash noticed. "Well I never needed one. Tell ya what, since your the guest I'll sleep on the floor. Ah don't mind."

She smiled gratefully. I sat next to her on the single bed. "Your so kind to me Applejack." I leaned my head on her shoulder. "I'd do anything for you." I replied sweetly.

"Don't get all sappy with me AJ." She complained. "Buh I-"

"Shhh." She kissed me on the forehead. I blushed massively. She was so safe and secure.

She pulled my head up to hers. "You know AJ, you need a breath mint." She laughed. I poked her in the chest area. "And you need a shower, all that running around's made ya sweaty."

She turned to the doorway. "Maybe its cause I'm so hot." I folded my hooves. "Maybe your abit obsessed with yerself?" I saw her walk across the hall to the bathroom. "You know you love me for it!" She called back. I had to admit, I did.
