My Cup Of Coffee

Chapter Two

The clock shows that it is 2pm.. Phana finally can go back home.. He is very tired..  He drives back home as soon as he can.. All he wanted to do is only to lie on his bed and sleep.. He spend two night at the hospital..

He arrives home at 3pm.. He just walk straight to his room.. He did not bother to greet Kit who is watching the television.. Kit also know that Phana is tired as hell..

When he open his room door, he quickly put his beg on a table and lie on his bed.. In a blink, he was unconscious..

A few hours later, Phana is starting to wake up.. He smells something delicious.. It must be dinner time.. Then, he slowly wake up and wash his face before going down to the kitchen..

"P'Beam, what are you cooking?" Phana ask as soon as he saw Beam cooking something at the kitchen..

"Oh, Pha.. You woke up.. Hmm.. I am cooking some food.. Just sit down first with Kit.. It will take few more minutes." Beam says while pointing to the seat next to Kit at their dining table..

Phana just sit as what Beam asked him.. His body still tired of so many operations he had done.. After a few minutes, Beam starts to serve the food with the help of Kit and Phana..

"Kit, what happened about the job at the cafe?" Phana asks as he remember about it.

"Oh.. I got it p.. Today is the first day I work there.."

"Ah Pha.. You did not work tomorrow right.. Lets go to the cafe.. Let see how our Kitty work.." Beam said excitedly.. ".. What time does the cafe open ha, Kit?"

"Sh*t, I forgot p.. I forgot to ask.." said Beam.

"Are you serious ai'Kit? Hmm.. How about this, you did not have class right tomorrow.. And Pha also did not work tomorrow.. Plus, I do not have any appointment tomorrow.. So, lets go shopping and we go there at the same time you go today.. Okay!" Beam says and continue eating his food happily..

Kit and Phana just stay quite while watching each other.. They know Beam very well.. He will never accept 'No' as answer unless there is a really urgent matter.. Phana's dream to have a good rest is no more exist.. And that is how they three of them standing in front of the cafe at 8am..

It's been about a few minutes had past.. And they are still standing right there..  Forth is wondering what they want.. And there is one person who catch his attention..

"Sawaddee khap.. What can I help you guys?" Forth open his shop door and ask them.

Silence..

"Emm.. Hello.." said Forth again since nobody is answering his question.. It's a bit awkward actually..

"Oh good morning P'Kit.." Wayo greets Kit..

"Oh.. You are here too P'Forth? What happened?" ask Wayo as he did not understand the situation.. Wayo knew Forth because he actually Ming's senior at the university and he also owns the shop next to the cafe..

Forth is an engineer and he has his company.. He rarely open his shop because of that.. He open the shop just for his leisure time.. 

Ming who arrives after Wayo also ask the same thing to Wayo.. Wayo just shrug..

All of them are now in the cafe.. Wayo invited all of them to come in and taste the coffee.. Then, Kit tells the reason why they are standing in front of the coffee shop.. They also introduce themself one by one..

"So, all of us become friends right?" Wayo ask excitedly.. He did not have many friends  so, he was very excited to meet  all of them.. And, that is how they become friends..

"Okay, since we have become friends.. Yo would like to invite all of p to come here at the cafe this weekend.." Wayo says as he get up from his chair..

"Ha? For what Yo?" Ming asks as he did not know why..

"Yo want to held a party..Party for a week opening of the cafe.." Wayo replies..

"Party? P love party.. P will come for sure.." Beam says which make Wayo gave a thumb up to him and he quickly reply back.. With Beam and Wayo personality, both of them become close pretty quick..

"But, Yo did not force na.. If any of p is busy, it's okay.."

While Wayo is going from the table to take some cake, Ming started his investigation..

"So, you guys are cousins? And from the Kongthanin family, mean the Kongthanin Hospital?" Ming ask.. The Kongthanin name is very famous in Thailand.. But Ming feel like Wayo did not know about this even though it was stated in Kit resume..

"Well, yes.. And is there any problem with it?" Phana asks..

"Do not mind him.. He was just over protective if his brother.." Forth says that make Beam, Phana and Kit understand the situation.. "..By the way, when I was talking to you guys in front of the cafe, why there is no one answering me?" Forth asks..

"Because you look scary." Beam says directly.. " We are just too shocked to see you.. That is the reason.." the sentence coming out from Beam mouth is making both Phana and Kit nod their heads.. And this leads to laughter..

"Oh, p'Forth.. Poor you p.." Ming says while laughing..  Ming laughter attracts Wayo's attention..

"What happened? Did I miss something?" Wayo says as he holds a tray of cakes.. He only saw Ming who laughing , Phana and Kit who trying to hold their laughter, Beam with a slumber face and Forth glaring at Ming.. 

"Nothing Yo, your brother just go insane.. You are lucky ai'Ming we are not in university anymore.. If not.."

"Yes p I know.. If not, I will die.. Hahaha.." Ming says and continue his laugh.. Forth just hold his head.. Wondering why he know someone like this..
