Ziva is home from work late after a case involving a child being abducted and she was happy since the little girl got reunited with her parents. Ziva as quietly as possible unlocked the door not wanting to wake ray but when she got in she was shocked to see ray sat on her sofa.
Ziva: Oh ray I thought you would be asleep
Ray: Where were you?
Ziva: A case ran a little late
Ray: Ha yeah right I bet you was sleeping with Tony like the little whore you are.
Ziva: Ray don't talk to me like that
Ray goes over and grabs tightly onto ziva's wrists
Ray: I WILL SPEAK TO YOU HIW I WANT TO SPEAK YOU
Ziva: Ray your hurting me
Ray: Ha you think this hurts we'll just you wait I will show you that you are mine and only mine
Ziva tried to get away but gets hit over the head then everything went black.
A while later Ziva slowly began regaining counciousness but when she woke she was shocked to see her arms and legs were tied to her bed and she was full naked.
Ray: Now I am going to fuck you and then no one will want you. Your worthless no wonder your farther left you in Somalia I bet even NCIS would have given up on you if not for your precious Tony
Ziva: Please ray let me...
Before Ziva could finish her sentence she got slapped across the face

Then ray climbed on top of Ziva and shoved himself into her and she let out a dreadful scream.
Meanwhile in the apartment next door the lady was on the phone with the police.
Neighbor: oh my she just screamed you need to hurry
999: They are in their way ma'm do you know who lives next door
Neighbor: yes her name is Ziva she is an NCIS agent
999: Someone call NCIS we have one of their agents neighbor on the phone it seems the agent is in trouble. Ma'm do you know ziva's last name.
Neighbor: Um I think it is Davied
999: Ok the police are on their way up
Then there was another scream that was so loud even people outside could hear it then there was a loud bang and a lot of shouting and then Ray gets dragged out in handcuffs.
Cop: We need an ambulance here she doesn't look to good
