At the NCIS building Tony, McGee and Gibbs we're asleep at their desk when Tony's phone started to ring. Tony shot up in shock from the phone then answered it as quick as possible.
Tony: Agent Dinozo here
Hospital: Hello agent Dinozo we have a agent Ziva davied here and she keeps shouting you we can't calm her down
Tony: Wait Ziva is in the hospital what happened is she ok
Hospital: I'm sorry sir unless you are family I can't give you any information
Tony: Fine tell Ziva I'm on my way
Tony got up and hit is knee on the desk waking McGee and Gibbs.
Gibbs: Dinozo What the heck is all the noise
McGee: Yeah Tony I do need to sleep
Tony: Sorry Voss it's Ziva she's at the hospital
After hearing that both McGee and Gibbs grabbed their things and headed toward the elevator to get to the hospital.
Half an hour later Tony, Gibbs and McGee arrive at the reception and Gibbs talked first
Gibbs: Where here to see Ziva davied
Receptionist: Which one of you is Tony Dinozo
Tony: Me I'm Tony Dinozo
Receptionist: Hello well I'm sorry we didn't give you any information the interns are new it says here your her next of kin.
Tony: Ok well what happened to Ziva
Receptionists: Wait I will call the doctor and he will talk to you
Tony waited for 5 minutes before the doctor walked towards him
Tony: How is she what happened
Doctor: Um are you Tony Dinozo
Tony: Yes
Doctor: Ok well the police got a call at around 2 am from ziva's neighbor saying she heard screaming so the police went there and it appears that agent davied was getting abused by a man named Ray. She has several broken ribs and has serious damage to vaginal wall.
Tony: Wait he raped her
Doctor: It appears so. We had to sedate her to check her over as she was being very violent but she said she wants to see you.
The doctor then looked at the two other men standing behind Tony
Doctor: Sorry she said she only wanted to see Tony
So the doctor walked Tony over to Ziva's room and stopped before they walked in
Doctor: Prepare yourself it's quite bad she's sedated so she is probably a little groggy
Tony nodded his head and walked into the hospital room and stood in utter shock .
