Ziva's abuse

Chapter 3

Tony walked in and was shocked. in the hospital bed was Ziva his Ziva looking so vunrable he walked over to her and saw the tears fall down her face whispering his name over and over then he noticed to restraints.
Tony: What the hell is this
Tony pointed at the restraint
Doctor: She was being violent and we couldn't give her the sedative while she was moving
Tony: Take then off
Doctor: I'm sorry but...
Tony: I SAID TAKE THEM OFF
The doctor hurried over to the restraints and took them of and Tony grabbed hold of her hands
Tony: Ziva it's Tony I'm hear
Tony wrapped his arms around her and held her as she quietly sobbed into his suit. After Ziva stopped crying Tony climbed behind an exhausted Ziva and rested her head on his chest.
Tony: It's ok Ziva I got you ray won't go near you ever again I promise
Tony started stroking ziva's head until she was fast asleep.

In the meantime Gibbs and McGee were sat in the waiting room they had just called Abby, Ducky and Palmer and told them about Ziva.
McGee just sat in the chair while Gibbs started pacing.
Gibbs: I'm going to kill that son of a bitch
McGee: Boss he's already been arrested
Gibbs: well Ziva is one of my agents so this is an NCIS case McGee get in contalct with the police department and tell them to transport Ray to NCIS as soon as possible
McGee did as he said and got ray transferred to NCIS. A few minutes later Abby walked into the hospital wearing her pjs and hurried over to Gibbs and McGee.
Abby: How is she
Gibbs: we don't know abs she only let Tony see her
Abby: Well what happened all you told me was she is in the hospital so what happened
Gibbs: I'll tell you when Ducky and Palmer get here I don't want to repeat it.
Ten minutes later both Ducky and Palmer raged into the hospital and up to the others.
Ducky: Jethro what on earth happened to have Ziva being brought to hospital
Gibbs: Ok now your all here I will tell you what I know but you will probably want to sit down.
Then he told them exactly what the doctor said.
After he finished telling them everything went silent until Abby broke it.
Abby: Um when can we see her
Gibbs walked over to Abby and put is arm around her
Gibbs: when she is ready.
