It's the next morning and Ziva shoots up screaming
Ziva: NOOOOOOOOO
Tony: Ziva it's Tony your safe I got you your gonna be fine ray isn't here
Ziva: He hurt me Tony he told me he loved me but the hurt me it's like my farther all over again
Tony: I got you Ziva your safe now
Ziva: Tony Why are you here I'm nothing but a worthless whore that no one wants
Tony turns Ziva so she is looking at him
Tony: Ziva you are not worthless you are not nothing and you certainly are not a whore
Ziva: I'm sorry
Tony: And you don't have to be sorry this wasn't your fault Ray was the one that stole your heart, Ray was the one that gained your trust and then ray was the one who hurt you and broke both your heart and your trust so this was not your fault.
By now Ziva was sobbing again into Tony until she fell asleep hugging into him.
Back at the NCIS building Gibbs and McGee were getting ready to question Ray when director Vance appeared.
Vance: Jethro I'm going to be watching the interrogation and if I think you are getting to personal about this case I will drag you out of that room do I make myself clear.
Gibbs: Yes sir
Then Vance, Gibbs and McGee headed to the interrogation room.
Gibbs and McGee walk into the interrogation room and see ray with a sinister grin on his face.
Ray: Hey Gibbs, McGee how are you
Gibbs: You hurt Ziva
Ray: It wasn't my fault it was her's she was late then kept pushing me
Gibbs: So because she was late from work you beat and raped her
Ray: I was just trying to show her that she is mine and trying to teach her not to disobey me
After Ray said that Gibs turned to the one way glass.
Gibbs: Please Vance can I just punch him one flick the light once for no and twice for yes
Then the light flickers once then it flickers twice and before ray could react he was punched in the face and his nose started bleeding
Ray: What the hell
Gibbs: Ray Cruz you are under arrest for the sexual assault and accsesive bodily harm you do not have to say anything but anything you do say can and will be used against you in a court of law.
Then Gibbs drags ray away.
