Mikaela's pov- Ounce I heard where he was and set out to find him not waiting any time at all. I ran none stop making sure that I stayed out of sight as I looked for the base where I was told Yu-chan was staying at. "Yu I found you!" I yelled out in excitement and picked up speed as I saw the base start to come in to view. I wasn't really thinking about how they would attack me because I was a vampire that was charging at them. All I could think of was pulling my brother into a tight hug.
Shiokimizaki's pov- I watched as Yu ran blindly into battle getting hurt but putting up a fight. "Yu stick to the battle plane!" I yelled out to him but of course he was to far out to hear me and ended up getting knocked out. I shook my head and sighed as I went out to get him from battle field before he got hurt even more. "Is he okay?" Shinoa asked me as I started to retreat back with him on my back. "If you don't count having a bad case of stupids then yeah hes fine." She giggled a bit catching me off guard as she nodded and ran out into battle to cover me.
"Enemy approaching we need to retreat and think up a new battle plane!" One of the higher ups yelled out at us and we all nodded and ran back to the base were we took shelter. The general talked on the phone with his brother for a bit before he gave out orders to us. "Go the air port were gonna be picked up so we can regroup." We all nodded and started to head out.
No one seemed to ask questions at the time we all just did what were told and fought off any vamps that got in our way. "STOP!!!!" Shinoa yelled as we all got closer and saw that it was Mikaela they were fighting. "Listen to her he wont hurt us!" I tired to help her out but no one would listen to us. They all had a blood thirst look in their eyes as they fought Mikaela. Shinoa took Yu from me and took him over to where Mikaela was and they exchanged words before parting ways. "Will we ever see them again?" I asked when she was in reach of my words. "I hope we will...but now its all up to them..." She said looking hopeful.
