Beep! Beep! Beep! Beep!

You reached over and turned off your alarm clock. You sat up in bed and stretched your arms as you yawned. Today was a brand new day. Not only that, but it was going to be the first day of the rest of your life here in Haddonfield.

You put on the new outfit that you picked out the night before and headed to the bathroom to straighten your hair. Your old friends always thought you looked prettier with your hair down. You decided to take their advice.

You weren't excited for school in ways a normal kid would be. You weren't excited for the friends or anything else. You were only excited to hear about Michael.

"What is my problem?" You hit your forehead as you murmured to yourself. "Why am I so interested in Myers?"

It was the question you didn't know the answer to. You realized that you've been non-stop thinking about Michael Myers ever since your parents informed you that you'd be moving to Haddonfield, the town of Michael Myers. You weren't worried about him. He seemed more interesting to you than insane or scary.

Before you went to bed the night before, you had sat at your desk and searched the web for information about Michael on your computer. You watched documentaries, news flashes, and read articles. Michael interested you. You loved learning about him and the murders he committed.

When you burnt your ear with your straightener, it snapped you out of your thoughts. You finished getting ready for school and walked out of your house with a piece of toast in your hand as your breakfast.

You decided that you were going to walk to and from school every day. As you walked, you walked past an older house. A house that looks so much older than all of the others. The wood that built the house looked rotted and there was barely any paint left on the outside of the house. The upper-left window was broken and the stairs leading up the porch were broken. You knew right then and there, that that was the Myers house.

You turned your head forward again and continued to walk. But as you turned your head forward, you thought you saw something looking at you through one of the lower windows. You looked back at the house to see if there was something really there. Sure enough, there was.

In the window, you barely caught a glimpse of a figure with a white mask and a navy-blue jumpsuit on before they quickly moved out of sight.
